@AmazonHelp and again. I ask for delivery specifically on Saturday (as a Prime customer) and the item is out for delivery now. When I'm not home. Stop using Evri, as they don't adhere to delivery date requests. I am sick of annoying my neighbours!!

So I thought I read on @MartinSLewis email that Halifax fixed remortgages could be as low as 3.75% if you had a low LTV. I've just contacted them & they said that's only for variable & tracker mortgages.

@AmazonUK when I order something & purposefully choose to have it delivered on Sunday, that's because I want it delivered on Sunday. Delivering it on Thursday, when I'm not home, is pointless 🙄🙄

So @matalan cancel my order, so I reorder. Then lose that package. Their suggestion to "just reorder" ... now the discounts have expired. Not good enough

@unitedutilities Just received my semi-annual bill. My water/sewage use has again gone down, yet my bill has increased by £30. WTF?

@WirralCouncil According to your website, my street's refuse collection is Friday. However, yet again, our rubbish has not been collected. It's the same every week. The adjacent street is collected but not ours. Sometimes, it can be Wednesday before they come.
