@pmarca A friend of mine showed me his OpenClaw setup. He runs open source models locally on his home computers for easier stuff, but spends ~$200/day on frontier models.

Magical OpenClaw experiences that use frontier models cost $300-1,000/day today, heading to $10,000/day and more. The future shape of the entire technology industry will be how to drive that to $20/month.

Happy to announce my involvement with a massive 6 month ad project with Amazon in collaboration with Tool of North America. This was a big one. Every spot included live action shot on set with green screen, AI background replacement, AI surface interactions, compositing and more. This is also my first job where they actually implemented the backgrounds live on set during recording (see pictures below). Alright, thought experiment: If you had to choose, and all other things being equal, would you rather hire someone who did 4 years at a high-growth company (SpaceX, Palantir, etc.) and then got fired for poor performance, or someone who did 4 years at a legacy industry company (Boeing, Lockheed) and was a rising star? I know I'm gona take heat for this, but there are many cases where I would pick the former.
