My current Biohacking protocol (July 2026). And more information about who I am behind the X mask. Main goal: Continue my own research and path of raising BMR as high as possible, to be able to enjoy the lifestyle I would like, while able to fend off fat gain and still gain muscle, due to the combination of compounds we have available, that makes it the most possible its ever been during our time. --- What you get with me is an authentic person. Not going to hound you with questions on bloodwork. It’s purely my own journey and what has worked for me. I have spent countless hours this year with a ton of free time, to be able to come out of the woodworks with experience I can share that I have actually done myself. Not chasing lab work numbers, but chasing being in a state of feeling great everyday. Despite me having affiliations now, which BTW are vendors I research with, nothing changes about the core reason I started posting. I love this stuff. It’s all I focus on now. And it looks like I’m in the right area on X to be able to showcase it and help people as well as learn myself. I would like to be able to make an income out of this someday, but don't know how thats going to fully materialize. In real life, I’m a normal dork. I love Game of Thrones, love UFC/NFL, sometimes game a bit, love my pizza and frozen margs, and love binge watching TV series to the point it's obsessive. I am a former Surveillance and Casino Management employee, who walked away from the career in my early 30s years to pursue entrepreneurship, and initially found a skill in trading, prior to shifting my focus now to biohacking. Below are progress photos (I could only add 4, from January-almost current). My cut was from 218-171lbs, where now I’m back near 200 again, much more healthy and more lean mass. 7-MONTHS... I am about this. I am excited to see where the rest of the year brings me with increased calorie intake, as well as more research. Goal is always to have an outstanding story to tell. So far I am very thankful for: Peptide Plugs: peptideplugs.com/?ref=OPTIMIZED Biolongevity Labs: go.biolongevitylabs.com/aff_c?offer_id… Rescue Research USA: rescueresearchusa.com/?sca_ref=11636… ( Code Optimized) Elite Research USA- Whom I don’t have an affiliation with, But @trinity2pointO has been great to me, and also has an amazing research catalog I wouldn’t refer everyone to explore. Also, an additional shoutout for the friendships I have built with @peptidepirate, @ThePepGuy, @kalospepgod (PepGuide.net), @JasonXinTX, and many more I could mention, who I interact with all on here often. But thankful for them finding value in my content, and offering me an opportunity to be affiliated with them, as well as accepting ideas I have offered them as well! Excited to see the growth we all make. Rest of the day, Im taking it easy and enjoying some food with the other half, and the UFC fights tonight.. Might pop in with any updates, if my never-stop working vendors sneak in some that I don't want to miss sharing!

Im a walking free-ad for them, between the stickers on the jeep, the hat, the posts, but man..... love molecules that hit, so much more than pin cushions atm.

@BiohackerJake I know its only been a little over a week, but I'm a big fan of my 915 research thus far. Whether I take it before a cardio session of lifting, I seem to have a bottomless tank of fuel, without being stimmed to the gills. My metabolism on this stuff 🔥

You guys rock with the dumbbell pullover? Super awkward to get into and out of but man the stretch feels so good and it’s such an underrated muscle builder. I just started doing these recently so my form probably sucks but I will get there and with big weight eventually.

@TheKingFisher39 💯 That’s kinda what I had an issue with explaining. I tend to drift off between sets between phone shit and songs or whatever, and can get back to it like nothing, where like before have ruined lifts if I get off track.

@BiohackerJake I’ve had no discernible acute effects, but what seems undeniable is lower perceived effort at same wattage output for AM fasted cardio. And then the metabolic side is hopefully amping things up.

Now after my geeked Elora post, just previously minutes ago, I did want to go over this again, or rather an additional shout out to Elite Research, who I don’t have an affiliation with, but refer them as the best suppliers of oral molecules (which if you saw my “this dude has issues” research biohacking pinned post yesterday, I am a big fan of, or at least the ones that work 🤣), for the purpose of blood sugar control and ability to raise the ever so important to me - BMR all day. SLU-PP-915, still early with it, but I love it. Truly was paranoid I was dude-placebo, but as you have noticed we had tons of people, @tmpecus being one I talk too, just flat out enjoying this compound. Just clean energy, almost in just a alright back to it/motivation feel, for lack of non-bro statement lol. So no, we’re not the people starting HGH and TRT and doing a write-up the very next day on our experience- shots fired yes, at some of the recent bad players who invaded my favorite hobby and even now… a vendor? Not recommending dosing for research, but overall, amazing experience. I would also like to note, that many oral peptides and molecules get mixed in the bioavailable worthless cross-over, and it couldn’t be more far from the truth. There are a lot of fun ones, where a few of the ones I mentioned in my pinned post have great purpose, in the context of insulin control, and maximizing how fat is utilized, or disposed rather.

Get ready for one of the, if not the best price per-mg, SS-31 to hit this week at Rescue Research USA, not to mention his killer price on Mots-C, as we all work toward the inevitable blend (in large MG/MG). @ThePepGuy is taking in the community ideas and seeing what he can come up with to offer for a price thats not silly, considering knowing the market and where it’s shifting right now. rescueresearchusa.com/?sca_ref=11636… Code: Optimized This is the pair to end the entire, "but it's the hardware and software debate”. It will end up being not only more convenient ro research both, but much cheaper.

Goodmorning all, happy Sunday 🙏 • A lot of peps will be finishing up testing this week including lots of blends that I know some people are excited about ⚡️ This week we will be sending the following for testing: • SS-31 50mg • Tirz 30mg • MOTS-c 40mg • CJC/IPA 5/5mg • The Blue Nectar GHK-Cu + Snap-8 serum line has been a huge hit, and I am glad people are enjoying it. This Sunday, I am grateful for all of the community and friendships I have been able to create since jumping on X. Its been quite a ride so far and its only just beginning!

I’m a huge fan already of 915. I think really it’s just when the oral molecules and stuff actually works, it’s a breath of fresh air compared to work put in with half the other compounds I have messed with lol. Tried split dosing yesterday and did great all day. I’m an old soul and wanted to be awake for the fights last night 🤣

@BiohackerJake Yeah I ran 332 last year at 250mcg, didn’t notice much from it. (Had a massive polypharmacy thing going though, so perhaps too noisy to pick out SLU effects at the time.) Anyway this 915 was dosed at 10mg/cap from Kimera, so decided fuck it we’ll run it high. So far so good.

IMO minimal effective dosage is significantly lower and not sure anywhere near that high is needed. However, my crazy ass is willing to always explore that route on your dosage lol.. These tend to respond to almost any amounts, but 332 was not effective for a lot of people, although I enjoyed it. This one an entire different ball game.. Are you liking that dose, I havent tried high dose SLU yet, just in the MCGs and sometimes spread out.

This is more marketed towards the female population (B-complex and 2mg vial), but if interested in a Follistatin-FLGR242, it's on sale right now. Idea here without flat out recommending research usage is.. which we dont do, ever, clearly....... Further muscle saving ability on GLP’s in deep deficit, while as with weight training, potential gains near base line.. Long term play however keep in mind for the -its gotta do something in 5 minute- research rat crowd.. Regular sizing FLGR, is not on sale currently. go.biolongevitylabs.com/aff_c?offer_id…

Another shoutout to everyone who used my links for the vendors today! Haven’t been able always to see what’s being purchased, but if any of my obsessive deep dives on things have helped make a decision, your support means a lot. Truly. Also too, aside from a few dodgy questions (certain items), if you have any questions about the vendor you want clarified, just let me know! I talk to these guys and can clarify just about any of the concerns I once had in the grey. Although they make it as simple and straight forward as possible as it is!

I think this one takes off if people understand it compared to Cagri. And the kicker for me, Cagri’s overall weight loss on its own wasn’t that great, but it was great with paired with other GLP’s. I believe this one is showing near 20% or so in ranges compared to the GLP’s and doesn’t touch the receptor that Cagri can antagonize, although I never had that issue during research. Similar to how potent tesofensine can be on the mental game, but completely different mechanisms obviously, this should hit the mental portion significantly harder than cagri, due to being selective, which ultimately I personally would want for the purpose of in between meals control, to stretch them out, or to alter timing easier. Now I’m geeking out and going left field, but I like these “mental” tweakers like this lol

🥹The coming soon posting arrived on Peptide Plugs for Eloralintide. This is up there with requests like a larger SS-31/Mots-C blend, which.... 😉 stay tuned. My discount link. peptideplugs.com/?ref=OPTIMIZED Code: Optimized Tons of other great options but for this, I want to focus on Elora. Before going in blind, actually see if this is something you want to research below. This is something I have been mentioning here and there, as a substitute for Cagri, if curious about the Amylin antagonism and its synergy with a GLP. I am personally looking to research with this, although the timing I haven't quite worked out yet, because I have no idea how to jam it inside my current ludicrous research protocol. Here are some differences we know so far and bit of DD I had stored up on it. --- ⭐️Eloralintide (LY3841136) — a selective amylin receptor agonist. Amylin is a hormone your pancreas releases along with insulin after you eat. It plays a key role in telling your brain you’re full, slowing how fast food leaves your stomach, and keeping post-meal glucagon from spiking too high. These effects help control appetite and how your body handles nutrients. Eloralintide is designed to mimic those natural amylin actions. The core benefits come from: -Stronger and more sustained feelings of satiety (you feel full longer and tend to eat less without as much mental effort). -Slowed gastric emptying, which prolongs the feeling of fullness after meals. -Reduced postprandial glucagon release, which can help with more stable glucose handling after eating. Because it works through the amylin pathway instead of the GLP-1 or glucagon pathways, it opens up real possibilities for people who want something mechanistically distinct — either as an alternative or potentially in combination with compounds like Retatrutide down the line. ⭐️Now here’s where it gets interesting compared to Cagrilintide. Cagrilintide was the first major long-acting amylin analog and it activates both amylin receptors and calcitonin receptors. That dual action delivers solid satiety and weight management effects, but for some people the broader receptor activity can come with more noticeable GI side effects or other tolerability trade-offs. Eloralintide was engineered to be highly selective for the amylin 1 receptor (AMY1R) while having minimal activity at the calcitonin receptor. This more targeted profile is the key difference. For people who tried Cagrilintide and found the side effects (especially GI-related) harder to manage, Eloralintide may offer a cleaner experience while still delivering the core amylin benefits of increased satiety and slowed gastric emptying. It’s not that Cagrilintide is “bad” — it was the pioneering compound in this class. Eloralintide is simply the next-generation version built with higher selectivity in mind, which appears to translate to a more favorable tolerability profile in the data released so far. Early clinical work also showed it was generally well tolerated, with the expected GI effects (nausea, etc.) that tend to improve with slower dose escalation — similar to other gut hormone agents, but often described as more manageable at equivalent effect levels. ❤️Another interesting signal: it tended to lower resting heart rate in studies, which goes in the opposite direction of most GLP-1-based compounds. Overall, Eloralintide represents a more refined tool in the amylin space. Same fundamental benefits (satiety, gastric slowing, glucagon modulation) delivered through a more selective mechanism that may make it easier for some people to tolerate long-term. ⭐️If you’ve had a rough time with Cagrilintide’s side effects but still like the idea of amylin-driven satiety and fullness, this one is worth watching closely. Different receptor profile, potentially better day-to-day experience.⭐️
