Name and reputation are everything. Throughout my 5 years here I’ve avoided working on things that didn’t feel right, whether that was promotions, clients, or teams... even when the money was good, didn't do it or stepped away. Because of that, I believe I’ve built something that matters most: a strong name and reputation. Since leaving the institutional company I was previously at one month ago, I’ve started consulting through Wilson Growth. And interestingly, every company I work with so far has come through inbound or through friends simply telling others: “Go work with Galileo.” Proud to be able to say that.
