Four of six crew members on board the U.S. KC-135 refuelling aircraft that went down in western Iraq have been confirmed deceased by U.S. Central Command. The circumstances of the incident are under investigation. However, the loss of the aircraft was not due to hostile fire or friendly fire. Another major airport warns that security lines could be a problem in the coming days.
