@ShopifySupport We submitted full proof of legitimate operations (orders, tracking, CS, refunds) and still get no meaningful response. $73k+ held (+ ~$8k on hold), ~400 orders blocked, withdrawals continue. This is not reasonable.

@ecomlegend @Shopify @harleyf @ShopifySupport unbelievable, last week they put down 5 stores of mine and holding all my cashflow. Meanwhile i need to pay dutch taxes, fulfill orders, pay my team and last but not least i also have a family to feed. provided 40 page PDF file showing we are a legit business. No help at all.

@ShopifySupport @Shopify Despite submitting detailed proof of legitimate operations, $73k+ remains held (+ ~$8k on hold) while withdrawals continue. ~400 orders blocked. This is disproportionate. Requesting urgent review and partial release rather then standard email returns.

@ShopifySupport A full 120-day hold of $75k on hold while still debiting refunds from our bank is unreasonable. ~400 orders are blocked. This is increasing risk, not reducing it. Partial release with reserve is a fair solution.

@ShopifySupport @Shopify 120-day hold on $80k+ with a <0.5% CB rate makes no sense—especially while refunds are still pulled from our bank. ~400 orders can’t move forward. This policy is creating the very chargebacks you claim to prevent. Escalate this.

My Shopify Payments acc was disabled, and even though I submitted all requested documents, the team disabled my account including all my payout being onhold 120 days. Need funds to cover my operation expenses, need a partial release 🙏 @Shopify @ShopifySupport @harleyf

@isthinking @Shopify All merchandise will be held without explanation. We have contacted support five times, but they only informed their superiors. This unjustified holding will affect the store's revenue.

not only that I have disruptions on my store, but I have such difficult time to cover my dues, such as fulfilling orders, and other operational expenses, with all payouts paused 120 days, I find this very disgusting. @Shopify @ShopifySupport @harleyf
