@HelloFresh my EveryPlate box was scheduled to arrive last night and is not here as of 8pm this evening. I am unable to connect with anyone via phone or chat.
@SouthwestAir a 2 hour delay from Phoenix, no updates and an extremely rude agent staff. Then a last call announcement with no app updates. Extremely disappointed
@Uber_Support I understand this policy however I cannot reset my password for my account to log in and email you without my phone because it asks for an SMS code. Could you help me with that?

@Uber_Support This is the account owner, because I do not have my phone I cannot reset my password to log into my account. I have a receipt on my email of the ride and the driver... could I send you a photo of that?
