@AlticeUSA your @optimum cellphone service sucks! In top of that the data bandwidth restriction is BS. I never had this issue with @TMobile . Once my contract is over I’m going back to @TMobile

I need to find a lawyer, due help me either sue or act on my behalf against @optimum. I just spoke to an executive customer relationship and she flat out said they would not honor the promises made on the phone to me, that she clearly has confirmed that it indeed occured.

@optimum Installing fiber and activating a mobile line (which I only got to save money) was the most unprofessional, unpleasant experience ever. took 6 visits just to get it done. Stayed home 5 for no reason and mobile activation was just as bad. Avoid @optimum at all costs!!

@optimum Yo, 20% packet loss for two days at peak hours. I tried to call but your pet indians hung up on me 3 times as soon as I mentioned packet loss. According to my ping tests it's the node in my area. The cable fucking sucks too. Fix your shit numbnuts

@optimum Worst customer experience ever. When installed, which was 2 weeks late, the tech cut every line into house, so couldn't leave modem to another room. Now full circle, we're moving and your CSR turns off our Internet a week early despite a 40 min call before to avoid this.

So that was almost TWO MONTHS AGO with @Optimum. That line, after a total of THIRTEEN chats, DMs on X, and one 'retention' phone call, is STILL unburied and stretched across a main road in my neighborhood. They said they had tried to call me during my work hours, but I'm not their customer anymore. They're also still billing me. Hey, @OptimumHelp, I'm not your customer anymore! Just get a crew out to fix this!
