@easyJet I would to just say how amazed at the service I got from Fifi in Assisted Travel. She was a delight and reassured me when booking the assistance. I’m an anxious flyer and my mom is elderly and Fifi made it so I can travel with the knowledge that we be looked after.

@chaengcoloring @easyJet If middle names are required when booking, why isn’t this shown on the website at the time of booking? Why add a level of unnecessary steps for those who have middle names? I’ve got a booking for the summer, where there are three people who have middle names.

Hi @easyjet. I booked a flight for me and 2 others. While booking i only saw two fields. First- & last name. I didnt add our middle names. Ive done some research and ive seen different things online. I am really stressed right now. Can you help me please for my peace of mind🙏

@BarclaysUKHelp It wasn’t an ATM withdrawal but a withdrawal at the post office counter. Your app states the cash withdrawal limit applies to ATM and post offices counter.

@BarclaysUKHelp I tried to withdraw £350 from the post office and my app it shows that my cash withdrawal limit is £350. Why was it then that I could only withdraw £300? With other banks, I was able to withdraw the cash that was within the limit set in my app.

@virginmedia @gareth_p1 Not true in relation about good deal. I was a customer of 20+ years wit them, which the acknowledged. However the best the said they could do was knock £10 off. So they were charging me £70 for a package that was available for £30. I immediately cancelled and glad I did

Hey @virginmedia - perhaps you can explain the difference between these costs for me? One is my renewal, cheaper one is if I put my postcode on your site as a new customer, which is not an option, also has Netflix. Assume this means you don’t want me to stay on renewal, right?

@SkyHelpTeam I understand deals for new customers are there to entice but I feel that as loyal customers, there should also be special discounts for existing customers as well. £26 for 900mb where I’m paying £46 for the same.

@LidlGB I went online to order the mystery box and tried to use Apple Pay. It would not let me and so when I went to the check out, it stated that there was a 30 min waiting time to check out. Absolute joke. I should be allowed to pay how I want and I was on the website at 10.

@easyJet That is not really beneficial for the customer as booking two separate flights, will not protect the customer if the outbound flight is cancelled by yourselves then the return leg would not be refunded as it’s considered a separate flight. Such a discriminatory process.

Adding a hold bag for 1 way only can only be done at the airport, at the bag drop desk. @easyJet how can I book a hold bag one way on a return flight? It does not give me the option, like it gives the option to select hand luggage one way.

Not something you wanna hear when you preordered an item to be received on launch day. It used to be that items that was preordered tended to come a day before launch day. Miss those days

@Argos_Online I’ve preordered Pokemon Legend ZA for Switch 2. I have yet to receive any update on delivery. When would I normally expect an update as the release date is tomorrow and was expecting to be received at that time.
