@UberEats I ordered meals for our family and all 3 of the main meals were missed. We got a partial refund. I contacted customer service because I think we should be compensated for the fees and time and this is the response. Unacceptable. I’ve spent hundreds. Never again.

Why do I get harassed every time I take an uber by the driver to cancel the ride and then e-transfer them a lower amount so they can keep the whole amount instead of the driver losing part of the drive to uber fees @Uber @Uber_Support
