@JanetLiff @ZohranKMamdani I don't blame Mamdani for this- the storm was awful. That said, my block in SI wasn't touched by a plow until 3pm today. Some neighbors in SI still haven't been plowed out. Folks can barely get around on foot, let alone bike. It's hard to give him an A when people are still stuck

23 inches of snow here in Bay Ridge. I understand the imperative of going back to school tomorrow (for kids and working parents) but this one’s gonna take awhile to clean out from.

The Adams Administration stopped the Streets Master Plan. We’re bringing it back.   We’re kicking off four bold NYC street projects: faster buses on the Bronx’s busiest route, a continuous protected bike route all the way from Sunset Park to DUMBO, protected bike lanes around 10 schools in Central Brooklyn, and a connected bike network for Midwood, Flatbush, and East Flatbush. Streets that work for everyone—not just cars.

Yesterday, we took a trip up to Albany to talk to state lawmakers about the Stop Super Speeders bill, along with the rest of the NYS Safe Streets Coalition's legislative package! New York must slow down the worst-of-the-worst reckless drivers on our roads.

On Saturday, we stood with AM @Charlesdfall, the Staten Island Industrial Alliance, the Staten Island Urban Center, and Brooklyn Community Board 10 to make it clear: Staten Islanders deserve fast ferry service connecting them to the rest of NYC!

It's time for fast ferry service between Staten Island and South Brooklyn! If you live on SI's North Shore, you have to spend an average of 45.2 minutes commuting every day. A fast ferry would help fix this.

Today — because you called and rallied and never stopped pushing — @GovKathyHochul is advancing congestion pricing. We are one step closer to cleaner air, safer streets, faster buses, accessible subways & a more resilient future. Today wouldn't have been possible without you.

@KamillahMHanks @NYSenator_JSS The MTA has a multi million funding gap & if the MTA goes under, the economic impacts on the city will be catastrophic. CP will raise enough to help plug the gap & fund essential projects across the city while relieving congestion. We need Congestion Pricing

From SI to Southeast BK, all NYers deserve the services that residents in Midtown take for granted & they need it more. During national #WeekWithoutDriving folks across the city are reminding the @nyc_dot and @mta that all NYers need transit equity & humane commutes!

This morning I joined @TransAlt @Yamodo & friends for a rally to bring back long lost much-needed ferry service between Staten Island & southern BK. Connecting the @NYCferry between Staten Island and Bay Ridge is a no-brainer. All the infrastructure is there. Let's get it done!

Last night we distributed English and Arabic flyers for the #FinishFourthAve campaign to businesses on Fourth Avenue. Businesses agree with the pedestrians on this one: we need to make Fourth Avenue safe for EVERYONE
