Due to a burst main on our network, some customers in PL6, PL19 and PL20 may be experiencing lower water pressure than usual or a loss of supply. Our team have been working through the night to repair the burst and remain on site working to restore supply as quickly as possible. We are very sorry for the disruption caused and would like to thank you for your patience.
We have set up two Water Collection points for customers experiencing interruptions to their supplies. These are located at George Park and Ride, Tavistock Road, PL6 7HB (what3words = noises.goats.match) and Bere Alston Bowling Club, Bedford Street, Bere Alston, PL20 7DZ (what3words = sifts.dreamer.inflation). Water will be available for collection throughout the day, between 08:30 – 22:00.
We will also be delivering bottled water to all customers on our Priority Services Register.
Need a bit of extra help?
If you, or someone in your house, has a medical condition that requires constant access to a water supply, or you would find it difficult to reach an alternative supply during a mains interruption, then sign up to our Priority Services Register. Our Priority Services are free, and you don’t need to be the bill payer to register.

To change it so O2 links don’t open via the app:

@Everymancinema Absolutely appalling customer service from the cinema who charge a fortune for tickets.Rarely answer the phone, when they eventually do, totally unhelpful, untrained cust serv people who don't help at all. No-one to assist me spend a bit of money there.

@Everymancinema cinema booked for this afternoon - but buses have been suspended in Edinburgh so unable to get there! Been on hold for 37 mins to try and change tickets tomorrow !! Can anyone please help?!!

@Everymancinema same issues as most people on here! Can’t get hold of anyone for love nor money. No answer on the phone, no reply on email and you’ve taken the money from my account quick enough yet I don’t have my tickets and can’t seem to speak to a single person!!!!
