@lwoodhouse Since we only have the MOU can't say for sure. I guess we'll find out in the next 24-48hrs. But the MOU says NO nuclear weapons, and that's different from the JCPOA. Assuming that's the case, why wouldn't this have been worth it?

Just incredible that Trump launched another war in the Middle East to achieve the preliminary framework of a nuclear deal that he had scrapped, and to tentatively open a shipping waterway whose closure he provoked.

Today @USDA @SecRollins and I secured a major win for animal welfare. Ridglan Farms will transfer its remaining 475 beagles out of a research breeding facility and into the care of a no-kill rescue, where they can begin the path to adoption. Thank you, @LaraLeaTrump, for championing this issue. We are also launching a new @NIH office, ORIVA, to speed the transition away from animal testing and toward modern, human-based science. We will keep fighting for humane treatment of animals, better science, and accountability.

I’ve defended the administration’s America 250 plans, because I trusted they really would be non partisan, really would bring us together. But I was wrong. And it sucks. I also apologize to the musical acts who dropped out who I criticized. They saw it.

@Not_the_Bee @drinkonsaturday Yes, but every problem becomes your problem. You have to figure out who to call, arrange the repair, be home for some ridiculous duration waiting for the guy to show up during the time window, who then has to order the part, and you wait again. Hours and hours...

I'd love for it to have been perfect. Maybe because I live in CA and in a house where my husband and three daughters are Dems, I don't see the events as partisan. I see every person around me absolutely refuse to engage in any celebration of America because Donald Trump is President. They can't bring themselves to enjoy even one minute of it. I hated that guy made that comment. You're right to be mad about that. But I think the events are designed for everyone to celebrate America, and the Dems won't give an inch to enjoy them together.
