.@Verizon wow- after not once, but twice trying to place an order, the rep talked me in circles, changed the terms and did not follow-through. I've gone through two carts and lost the order and now the plan is unavailable?

@VerizonSupport What does that mean? Literally. If your representatives can't help complete a purchase or give the right information what is a customer supposed to do? And this was all via chat. The rep said at the end I would get a transcript- NOPE. Didn't happen.
