@easyJet charges me for a bag that should be a baby item (free) sent through @AirPor_ rt. Admits it’s their error and shouldnt have been charged. Then offers me a voucher? Trying to get anyone to give me the refund that’s due is exhausting. @easyJet_press

@LNER hey I got a birthday email for 20% off but there’s no code or anything to use when booking tickets. It’s says to look out for green fares but any idea which these will be? Thanks

@NewhamLondon @getcomposting have told me that the council don’t respond to them and therefore the offer is not valid. They’ve asked for it to be removed from the site. This is really disappointing to see and I’ve had to order one full price now. Surely in a climate emergency this is a win?

@GoPro my order was delivered yesterday after I got a notification saying I was out and it was going to be redelivered. No idea where it is or who signed for it as I wasn’t home and now it’s missing. Can’t get through to live chat or phone online either. Can you help?
