Can’t get out of these #fraud by @abhealthin Policy mis-sold on 29.7 & 3.10.23 mailed to close on 16.10.23. 4.7.24: ₹799/- debited frm bank. 7.7.24: rqsted refund & close all relations. All they did is create and close new case IDs. At end u need consent to refund ₹4.36 😂

after this I got a mail on 19.7 saying the policy is already canceled and asked for proof of debit (that I already provided earlier & provided again). Again on 27.7, they are asking my consent to cancel it and refund ₹4.36 😂 (It was already cancelled right?) #fraud #cheating
