@oeeeeup @LEE66738906 マスターノードは2024/5/22に辞任(Resign)し、 そのまま2026/4/21まで1000万XDCは引き出されることなく置かれていました。 Resign後に報酬は出ていません。 おっしゃられるように、なぜもっと前に引き出し返金に使われなかったのか謎です。 所有ノードが多すぎて忘れていたのでしょうか。

Instead of providing clarity about what happened to customer funds, the communication focuses heavily on threats, criminal accusations, and #intimidation toward users who are asking questions. When you step back and compare the message with #Globiance’s own published terms, several contradictions appear. 1. Customers Have a Binding Contract With the #Platform Globiance’s Terms of Use state clearly that using the platform forms a binding contract between the user and the company. That means disputes involving access to funds or platform failures are contractual and regulatory matters, not automatically #criminal matters. Users asking where their assets are is not harassment. It is a normal part of financial accountability. 2. The Platform Acknowledges the Risk of Hacks and Operational Failures Globiance’s Terms explicitly warn that: • cyberattacks may occur • technological failures may interrupt services • users may suffer losses from these events If a hack did occur, the key issue becomes transparency: What happened? What funds were affected? What investigation was performed? What remediation was implemented? Threats toward customers do not answer those questions. 3. The Terms Allow Broad Powers to Freeze Accounts Globiance’s Terms give the company significant powers to: • suspend accounts • block transactions • freeze assets • restrict withdrawals However, internal platform terms cannot override: • financial regulations • consumer protection laws • court oversight Such powers must still operate within proper legal frameworks. 4. Criminal Allegations Require Evidence The circulating message accuses groups of users of crimes including threats and conspiracies. These are serious allegations. In any legal system, such accusations must be supported by specific evidence and formal investigation, not broad statements directed at customers who are seeking answers. 5. Privacy and Data Protection Obligations Globiance’s Privacy Policy confirms that the company collects and stores extensive personal data, including: • identity documents • financial data • transaction histories Handling this level of sensitive data carries significant legal responsibility. If identity documents or private data were ever leaked, it would raise major questions around data security and regulatory compliance. The Real Question Remains The issue at the centre of this situation has not changed: Where are the users’ funds, and what exactly happened? Until there is: • independent forensic investigation • transparent reporting • regulatory oversight people will continue to ask questions. And they have every right to do so. Accountability Comes From Transparency Financial platforms build trust by providing clear answers and verifiable evidence. Threats toward customers rarely resolve disputes. 6桁のXDC返金を受け取ったとの報告が上がった事について。Globianceは『返金はまず少額のユーザーから始める』と言っていたので、この段階に入ってきたのかもしれません。だとすれば、喜ばしいことですね😉

Even for André, hearing “be patient, we’ll fix it” again and being let down would be too much. This time should be different. Atul is not Oliver. Actions matter. Keep hope alive.
@globiance prends comme exemple les faillites de ftx ,mt gox mais tu oublies de dire que les dirigeants ont été condamnés a 25 ans de prison. C'est ce qui t'arriveras escroc.... Et que dire de cette explication au sujet de la garantie et de l'assurance. honte de rien
