@xoxgyn @Talabat At least they reached out to you about the issue. I was never informed that my order had been automatically canceled. I only discovered this when I checked the status in the app. Apparently, there were expired promotions—their fault, so they shouldn’t penalize their customers.

I had an issue with talabat application since two days they promise they will solve this issue which generated by there application and after received 20 emails and 100 calls by there agents still nothing happened

@Talabat تجربة سيئة معاكم،طلبت وقت نزول المطر ولم يصلني الطلب ومن وقتها وانا اتكلم مع الدعم عشان استرداد المبلغ للبطاقة،كل مرة اتكلم مع الدعم ينسخوا ويلصقوا نفس الرسالةالمرفقة، طوال زيارتي للامارات ما سبق لي استعملت غير تطبيق طلبات،الآن سيتم حذف البرنامج لعدم احترام العميل وسرقته
