Is it legal for states to allow ballots to trickle in after the federal Election Day in November—& count them? That’s the question @CivilRights had the privilege of addressing in a brief co-authored with our Solicitor General, which I was able to hear argued at SCOTUS today!

Blackstone agreed with the maxims (truth in law accepted in all civilized nations, w/o proof) which is why founding generation thru the 1970’s 12 were required in civil and criminal, dealing with rights of the people.

Not only should Afroman appeal, but they should motion for Frivolous conduct and petition for a financial sanction against the litigants. BAR complaint for judge as well. Corrupt.

You should also study what Dave lays down and shows in the fundamentals.

I had no idea where or who to turn to when I wanted to sue the State of Connecticut for violating our rights.

The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act will expire soon.
FBI Directors Mueller, Comey, Wray, and even Patel have used this law to unconstitutionally snoop on Americans without getting a warrant.
It’s easily fixed if/when reauthorized by Congress.
