Very important line here from @LouHaigh on road safety: "We treat road safety in a way as if it is somehow a natural accident. If the number of people being killed or seriously injured on our roads, were being killed in any other way, we'd be treating it as a pandemic."

This E bike was adapted to become an electric motorcycle; propelled by throttle alone and capable of 30mph. We sighted it on Westminster Road, stopped it and dealt with the driver for insurance offences and seized the bike. It will now be crushed #MRPU #SYN1
