Terrible experience with @united who won’t let me extend a travel credit by 2 days, even though the new flights I want to book are more expensive and will earn them more money. Definitely not the friendly skies.
@JetBlue I’ve just spent 90 minutes trying to re-book flights that had to be cancelled due to Covid only to be told that I cannot now change the destination. Can you fix this please?
@SouthwestAir Very disappointed that you’re not honouring vouchers that expired during the pandemic. You claim to be different to the other airlines but you’re actually just the same.
@MetLife genuinely may be the worst company I have ever dealt with. The Customer Service is terrible and nothing ever get resolved. Impossible to get one person to own an issue and see it through to resolution.

Something really beautiful happened today. Our #LFC boys from Mangalore took up this great initiative of celebrating the our first PL title win in 30 years by feeding the needy and poor. They prepared and distributed 900 packets of food.

Finally decided that I missed reading @JamesPearceLFC’s columns too much so have taken out a subscription to @TheAthleticUK. Already looks like money well spent from the articles that I’ve read.
When I moved from London to New York, I was worried that I would miss the football commentary from back home. Luckily @NBCSportsSoccer has @arlowhite who has very quickly become my favourite commentator. He does a superb job along with Dixon & Le Saux.
