Loyalty and trust matter, and right now it feels like both have been taken for granted. Delays can happen - customers understand that. What’s far harder to accept is the repeated failure to communicate honestly and deliver on the expectations your team continues to set. At this point, we would simply appreciate transparency, accountability, and a clear answer on when this bike is actually shipping.
