CMED and ZINARA are responsible for roads in the cities and then ZINARA nationally. The minister of local government is also responsible for disbursements to councils while he is also responsible for making laws on how councils raise money and when they can raise money.

This is CCC Clr Ward 14 Chirumanzu RDC Wonder Chiverongo who has clearly asserted belief in progressive leadership by supporting #CAB3.
He is part of the ProgressiveCllrs4ED which is led by Clr Mavhenyengwa from Shurugwi Town Council.
It's commendable when politicians realise the futility of blind-opposition and come together to work for the good of the country. They can't keep on fighting.
