SB-135 is on third reading today in the Senate. If passed, this bill could be the largest tax increase in CO history. Not only will Coloradans be paying more in taxes, but it will essentially nullify the Taxpayer Bill of Rights. Removing TABOR would allow for unfettered government spending with ZERO accountability to the people of Colorado.
