Even after a federal judge ruled in my favor on March 31st and ordered them to fix my records, they still haven’t done so. I know what it’s like to wake up every day unsure if your life is about to fall apart. I know the constant stress of living in limbo, waiting on the government to decide your family’s future. That’s why when I see H-1B visa holders going through the same thing, constantly renewing visas, never knowing if they’ll be forced to leave everything behind. I don’t just sympathize with you. I genuinely understand you. I’ve lived that same uncertainty for years. I’m still living it. You’re not alone.
