The ADL of B'nai B'rith is making false accusations of Jew-hatred about the founding myth of their organization. Leo Frank's trial was not marred by rampant antisemitism or any antisemitism for that matter, nor was his extrajudicial hanging driven by religious bigotry, ethnicism or Jew-hatred. Leo Frank was a serial rapist pedophile and a homicidal pervert. He was duly convicted in what was, at the time, the longest murder trial in Southern legal history, and the evidence presented against him was more than sufficient to sustain the guilty verdict. For there to be justice for little Mary Phagan, for the Phagan family, and for the child victims of predatory offenders like Leo Frank, his posthumous pardon (even though it did not absolve or exculpate him) must be overturned. The posthumous partial-pardon of Leo Frank was a grave miscarriage of justice.
