@RobertDaleSmith @finnvoorhees I think it's used just as a mouse control so doesn't need to see the screen. The video part is handled through a broadcast extension (essentially what zoom screenshare would be doing, but streaming back to the agent app).
English

@finnvoorhees Does the ESP32 see the display? Like does it get video over usb-C?
English

WHO IS MAING THESE VIDEOS
they are so well done. I need to see the process they use to slice up and animate the UI

If you’re also paying for the voluntary Arbeitslosenversicherung there’s a loop hole. Getting ALG1 even just for a day, automatically moves you to the public health insurance. And then you can opt-in to stay with that even if you’re not unemployed anymore. Works until age 54 if I remember correctly.
English

@TyroneC__ it’s hard to get back in but unless you’re planning to re-join the workforce (as an employee) I think you can ride private nicely as a freelancer. i get your point though - i decided for private (and a much lower premium), let’s see
English

Being self-employed in germany is the endboss.
If you can make it here you can make it anywhere.
I pay:
- 35-40% tax
- 1.300€ in health insurance / month
Every. Single. Month.
Paying for health insurance is like renting a second flat that i never use.
This is a ton of pressure for smaller entrepreneurs on top of all the bureaucracy you have to tackle.
And no the healthcare system is not as good as you think.

Build this with my kids (5 and 8) in two hours. They're huge Pokémon fans so it's obviously Pokémon themed and a game. They had so much fun! When I told the older one that we used to type the lines Claude Code was producing by hand, he was very much in disbelieve and thought I was pulling his leg.
English

@jbillinson want me to ruin it for you?
settings → screen time → disable the app any time you want to use a blocked app
apple screen time is a joke
English

I hate tmux
It's so incredibly user unfriendly
The shortcuts make no sense
I wish someone would make a better tmux
Even just logging into tmux attaching the screen is an illogical hell to type
Again I hate tmux, it's so shit
Matthieu Richard@SpaceMatthieu
@levelsio Is there a good way to jump between tmux sessions on Termius? I find it quite hard to manage multiple codex/claude sessions on the go

Six weeks ago, I fell down the OpenClaw rabbit hole. One of my experiments was to give it an API key for one of my RevenueCat apps, and I was blown away.
It made things that would take minutes in the dashboard take seconds. With no handholding.
Immediately I started productionizing it, building my first production feature for RevenueCat in 5 years (with some help from some friends). Using codex + claude code, we quickly built up a prototype which is in private beta right now: Rico, our first in-house agent.
revenuecat.com/feature/ai-age…
It's clear to me now that CRUD software won't be enough anymore. Many interactions with software that were once tedious become magical if you just pour some tokens on it. We will need to reinvent much of what it means to be a SaaS. It will require new thinking, and RevenueCat needs to get there fast.
We now have several agentic features in the works, and I think it's just the beginning. RevenueCat of today is the brain stem, AI and agents are the neocortex we will layer on top to create a truly powerful, thinking machine that will help any developer make more money, autonomously.
As part of that we need help. We're catching up quickly here, learning how to build and deploy agentic systems. But we need to build a team, and I'm looking for the first product engineer to own how intelligence is built into RevenueCat. You'll work directly with me, @elwatto and others to bring the vision to life.
Apply, or send me a DM with the craziest AI system you've built

@steilgaard @niklogvinenko @RevenueCat Conditional styles as in changing how parts of the paywall look (colors etc)? Or hide/show certain elements based on a condition?
We're iterating fast, let us know what else you like to see!

@vpdn @niklogvinenko @RevenueCat What RC is loosing on is the customizibility.
Originally we used RC, but due to you not being able to do Conditional Styles we went with SW.
I actually think that is the most prominent issue that RC Paywalls got.
Also i think the liquid templating is nice to make timers.

We are planning to release a new app soon!
So we are thinking about what to use for subs: @RevenueCat or @adapty
I really struggle to choose one because pricing and features are almost the same.
So — which tool is BETTER?
Any opinion appreciated.
English

@niklogvinenko @RevenueCat @adapty RevenueCat is so much better. More mature and generally supported.
RevenueCat is great for Sub management, but for Paywalls, i would recommend SuperWall
English

@Thomasbcn The fact that there are no repercussions to this behavior makes me sick. It signals to others that disregard for user privacy is ok.

@ChadNewbry You can either build from scratch, use one of the templates (and change them to only show the products you want to offer) or also generate a paywall for your app: revenuecat.com/release/use-ai…
English

@RevenueCat can you add one template for non-consumable lifetime purchases for paywalls?
I know most people do subscriptions - but some of my apps I just have a buy it forever option.
Also is there a way I can have a template paywall so I can use start with a paywall I’ve previously made for another app I’m working on? Is that supported
English

I was messing with SW/RC paywalls for a long time and building it manually sucks
@tryhelium is they way if you wanna see charts like this

Adrià Martinez@adriamatz
Everyone keeps telling me to switch from RevenueCat to SuperWall I don't see the difference Why is SuperWall better? Would love to hear your experience
