Guys, I had all the skin peeled from my face using lasers, and now my skin's age is the same as that of a newborn baby. Follow me for more things that are completely irrelevant to your healthspan.
Bryan Johnson@bryan_johnson

Results from my Feb 23 skin therapy: Improvements since treatment: > Brown spots: +71 percentile points (20th → 91st) ✅ > Pores: +25 percentile points ✅ > Spots: +25 percentile points✅ My skin age is 9 years younger than my chronological age (39 vs 48) and hasn't aged in five years since starting this project. Effectively a 9 year age reversal. Measured using VISIA multispectral clinical imaging, the most validated non-invasive skin analysis system available. Feb 23 treatment summary Technologies > Everesse RF > CoolPeel CO2 laser > BBL Each targeting a different skin depth so repair windows overlap without competing. Treatment details Everesse RF (200 pulses, Level 2.5 per cheek), CoolPeel CO2 laser (3.0W, 700 micron spacing), and BBL broadband light. Each targeting a different skin depth. Everesse drives heat into the dermis at 60-70°C, triggering fibroblast activation and collagen production that peaks 6-8 weeks later (about now), tightening the structural scaffolding that makes pores visible. CoolPeel ablates the surface layer of skin, physically removing melanin-loaded cells and forcing fresh keratinocytes to the surface. BBL destroys residual pigment one layer deeper through selective photothermolysis, where melanin absorbs light energy and self-destructs. Porphyrins dropped 13 points, which is expected. The treatments temporarily disrupt the follicular environment that bacteria need to thrive, and that recovers within 8-12 weeks. Goal was to do a triple-modality stack so the repair windows overlap without competing (dermis, epidermis, and chromophores).

I’m in… I really don’t understand the hate on this. People are consuming highly processed protein in droves. This sounds like it has emphasized whole, natural ingredients with a great protein source. People just love to hate on this app.

We just cooked the protein bar industry. 🔥 Most are candy bars in disguise: seed oils, gums, fake sweeteners, sugar. Not @eatlineage. New Protein Bar: <200 cal 20g grass-fed whey + collagen 100% real food—no BS Tastes incredible 🍫 Who's in?

For healthy individuals (no lactose intolerance etc.) it is generally not inflammatory. It's usually the opposite, it decreases inflammatory markers. I understand that if someone has an intolerance, drinking milk is a bad choice obviously. But I don't think plant based options are even comparable to milk. Raw dairy or a2 dairy might be well tolerated by some people

As much as I don’t like flint, I’m not sure you need to defend yourself against the likes of him anymore. Everyone who listened to the debate heard you mop the floor with him, watched him fumble through his bullshit, and it gave you legitimacy as never before. You win Graham. Be humble bro. We love you.

Attn @FlintDibble : (1) you have been boasting and preening for nearly two years that you "won" your debate on the JRE with me and that your self-proclaimed brilliant performance "tanked" my audience. Usually, it is the loser of a debate, not the winner, who asks for a second round. I must therefore assume that your petulant demands to go "face to face" with me again mean you’ve known all along that you failed yourself and embarrassed your profession very badly when you sat down with me for JRE 2136 and that everything you've said on the matter since then is simply the smelly gas of a deeply insecure man. (2) In your pinned post of March 10th 2026 you accuse me of cowardice and lack of integrity and claim that I "rejected two different offers to go face to face” with you "on major, international media outlets". From whence came the “two different offers” for me to go face to face with you in a second debate? When and where were these “offers” made? And in what way, where, did I reject these offers? (3) For the avoidance of future doubt let me be clear. I am content for JRE 2136, the debate that you claim you won, to stand as the permanent record of what passed between us and to continue to allow those who are still interested to make up their own minds on the matter. I see no point in sitting down with you again to accommodate your neediness.

@fleroy1974 Somebody needs to sue to try and ban the word “Hot Dogs” to show them how absurd this ruling is. Nobody is confused… and forcing everyone to call a hot dog what it really is would probably save a lot of animals.

@Crypto_Mags @satv1r @Lelouch189 @MarkJCarney In Toronto, 2cm of snow causes a city-wide emergency. In Winnipeg, we call that a 'dusting' and still make it to work on time. Arguing against EVs because they might lose range in -40°C is a bold move from someone living in a place where it barely hits -10°C.

Canada’s auto industry is facing huge pressures, leaving workers and businesses in a state of uncertainty. So we’re taking control — and launching a new strategy that will transform the industry to be a global leader in electric vehicles. We’ll reward the production of made-in-Canada vehicles and harness our world-class capabilities in AI to ensure that Canada’s auto workers are building the cars of the future.

@Crypto_Mags @satv1r @Lelouch189 @MarkJCarney It’s funny how everyone suddenly becomes a long-haul trucker when EVs are mentioned. You’re worried about a 10-hour drive you take once a year to visit your aunt, while ignoring the 364 days you spend sitting in 20 minutes of traffic.

@satv1r @Lelouch189 @MarkJCarney Many people drive across Canada in the winter. Cities in Northern Canada exist. They should not be forced to switch to EVs because ICE will be phased out. Just because you don't, doesn't mean other people don't have needs

@Crypto_Mags @Lelouch189 @MarkJCarney Using a town that is only accessible by air or rail to justify ICE vehicles is a bold choice. Meanwhile, the average Canadian commute is about 26 minutes, and most people aren't exactly "off-roading" to the Arctic Circle for a coffee run.

A new German carnivore diet study (2025) followed 24 adults (avg age 46) who had been eating a carnivore diet for at least 6 months. Two‑thirds had at least one chronic condition. The study relied on questionnaires and blood tests and the results were overwhelmingly positive: 92% reported improved overall health 77% saw improvements in chronic diseases 79% experienced better mental clarity 92% had reduced hunger and cravings 67% reported improved endurance Common benefits included better energy, mood, sleep, digestion, weight loss and reduced inflammation. Many participants also reported rapid improvements in resolving conditions like plantar fasciitis within a week and skin issues clearing quickly. The only findings the researchers flagged as “concerning” were increases in LDL‑C and total cholesterol. But LDL is fundamentally a lipid transport particle and essential for fat‑trafficking. So the increases were not without explanation even if the study failed to incorporate that explanation. Overall, the study showed that for these individuals, a carnivore diet was associated with broad improvements in health, symptoms and quality of life.

Oh, Ron. Urban planners don’t want everyone to live in apartments and ride bikes. They want you to have access to good neighbourhoods and streets even if you can’t afford or don’t want a house. They also want to give you the choice of not driving a car everywhere for everything.
