@CarShield To correctly reflect facts - Carshield sent defective transmission that couldn't be driven 30 minutes but is requiring it be driven an hour. Claim has been open since 19 January. Please replace the transmission with a working one.

@CarShield My claim was opened on January 19, 2026. What can someone in authority do to get my car repaired and returned to me? @HouseCommerce With all of the advertising @carshield does this can't be the way they conduct business.

@EmbassySuites Stayed at Embassy Suites Concord 19 January. Informed water would be on til 10am 20 January. 915am 20 January no running water. Front desk agent said comped stay. Was charged anyway. Why? For no flushing toilet and no shower?

@VerizonSupport - Please explain how a request to have TV service ended on 9.18 AND separately have Fios upgraded to 2 gig translates into me paying for TV service until November 12 2gig upgrade installation. Verizon clearly does not want me as a customer.

I don't get super personal on here, but I've been in the throws of the IVF process as we want to expand our family. It turns out that A LOT of my friends have gone or are going through this too and having that support system has made all the difference in the world.
