@FourT8E bro, one year is serious! we are nowhere near your level here. please don't shame us.
You are the big winner today! we are proud of u. congratulations 🏆
English

Are u seriously claiming u built that without exogenous testosterone?
Puffy water muscles look good in the mirror, but try playing a real sport. u would gas out in 10 minutes.
As an ex-pro and current competitive beach volleyball player, i know exactly what extra bulk does. u lose flexibility, endurance, functional power, and your injury risk skyrockets. u could never serve a tennis ball at 125mph in that body.
if lifting weights in an AC room is your only sport, that's boring. but we hear u, big boy 🤝

@tiga_style You’re offering her up?

@SolaTheAnalyst My kid who grew up Bloor and Spadina had a real laugh when she went to uni and kids from Ajax to Oakville said they were from Toronto but didn’t know what a presto card was.
English

@SolaTheAnalyst Let’s be honest… people say Toronto because explaining the GTA every time gets exhausting.

Devastating news reached me this week. My ancestors drank their milk straight from the animal for ten thousand years. No pasteurisation. No safety seal. No warning label.
I had to sit down and quietly work out the odds of me being here at all.
Ten thousand years of them getting away with it, one after another, long enough to eventually produce me.
Staggering luck, really.

What you get with me is an authentic person. Not going to hound you with questions on bloodwork. It’s purely my own journey and what has worked for me. I have spent countless hours this year with a ton of free time, to be able to come out of the woodworks with experience I can share that I have actually done myself. Not chasing lab work numbers, but chasing being in a state of feeling great everyday.
Despite me having affiliations now, which BTW are vendors I research with, nothing changes about the core reason I started posting. I love this stuff. It’s all I focus on now. And it looks like I’m in the right area on X to be able to showcase it and help people as well as learn myself. I would like to be able to make an income out of this someday, but don't know how thats going to fully materialize.
In real life, I’m a normal dork. I love Game of Thrones, love UFC/NFL, sometimes game a bit, love my pizza and frozen margs, and love binge watching TV series to the point it's obsessive.
I am a former Surveillance and Casino Management employee, who walked away from the career in my early 30s years to pursue entrepreneurship, and initially found a skill in trading, prior to shifting my focus now to biohacking.
Below are progress photos (I could only add 4, from January-almost current). My cut was from 218-171lbs, where now I’m back near 200 again, much more healthy and more lean mass. 7-MONTHS... I am about this.
I am excited to see where the rest of the year brings me with increased calorie intake, as well as more research.
Goal is always to have an outstanding story to tell.
So far I am very thankful for:
Peptide Plugs: peptideplugs.com/?ref=OPTIMIZED
Biolongevity Labs: go.biolongevitylabs.com/aff_c?offer_id…
Rescue Research USA: rescueresearchusa.com/?sca_ref=11636… ( Code Optimized)
Elite Research USA- Whom I don’t have an affiliation with, But @trinity2pointO has been great to me, and also has an amazing research catalog I wouldn’t refer everyone to explore.
Also, an additional shoutout for the friendships I have built with @peptidepirate, @ThePepGuy, @kalospepgod (PepGuide.net), @JasonXinTX, and many more I could mention, who I interact with all on here often.
But thankful for them finding value in my content, and offering me an opportunity to be affiliated with them, as well as accepting ideas I have offered them as well!
Excited to see the growth we all make.
Rest of the day, Im taking it easy and enjoying some food with the other half, and the UFC fights tonight..
Might pop in with any updates, if my never-stop working vendors sneak in some that I don't want to miss sharing!

@sarobertson_ These type of phaggots and misfits used to hide in their house and the country thrived.
We gave these losers way too much rope. Time to go back to being a hard nosed pack your lunch pail type country.
Put these phaggots back in the closet. They’ve driven up your cost Canada
English

@LasVegasTodd @cltladybug @grok @the_transit_guy They could have built the entire line with the money they gave to Ukraine.
Retards
English

@cltladybug @grok @the_transit_guy Ya but its only been $11B in costs so far. Almost nobody would take a train from CLT to ATL since buses would still be much cheaper and it would easily cost $30B to build, not counting what it costs to confiscate all the land to run the tracks.
English

@the_transit_guy @grok how much would it cost to build a high speed rail from Charlotte to Atlanta and what would ticket prices have to be per person to cover this cost, including the variable cost of each ride as well as the upfront costs amortized over 10 years?
English

@BowTied_Airway @CoachFHM I don’t know if he’s suggesting that but he does seem to be suggesting about optimal weights but as I said he’s built extremely narrow- hips are wider than shoulders, not a good frame at all to carry mass.
English

Good visual for this debate.
I’m 6’4 and been training for 16 years.
I’m weighing between 195lbs - 200lbs right now in the midst of contest prep.
Puts this into perspective.

Dean Turner@DeanTTraining
Hot take: Most men SHOULD be UNDER 200 lbs. A ton of guys are happily parading around @ 200+ because they’ve got a bunch of fat masquerading as muscle (which they’re either ignorant to or in denial of) Being 200 lbs. or more while maintaining a relatively low BF% will require a TON of LBM (lean body mass) 12% body-fat (for example) would require you to have 176 lbs. of LBM MINIMUM!!! if holding 200 pounds or > (most men do not have NEAR this much) Unless you’re well over 6 foot tall (most men aren’t) and/or using PEDs, recalibrate your target bodyweight
English

@J_Schwanee No point.
If you’re going to blast go to at least 500 or more. 100mg more isn’t going to do a whole lot.
English

I’m considering upping my TRT (200/week) to 300 for a small blast come August or September for a few months and then coming back down to 200 . I’m currently researching HGH (4iu), Reta (10), BPC/TB as needed. Im able to eat well at that dose still but not overeating. I don’t track macros though, I’m too lazy for that.
I had artificial disc replacement (C5-C7) last October that failed and so I had a fusion to fix it last February. I’ve been all clear for everything for awhile now. I lost some decent mass though during the whole ordeal. I’m happy with my current weight (206) since I’m 6’2”. I just want to add some lean mass and strength back. I just had labs drawn today and appointment is next week with my PCP to go over them. Honestly I’m hesitant on anabolics because I don’t want to mess with labs too much. I also am blessed to be one of the few dudes with hashimotos so I take a few meds for that as well. What’s the brain trust feeling about gains with a small blast for 3 months? Did you see many gains????
Appreciate any input.
