Main goal: Continue my own research and path of raising BMR as high as possible, to be able to enjoy the lifestyle I would like, while able to fend off fat gain and still gain muscle, due to the combination of compounds we have available, that makes it the most possible its ever been during our time. --- What you get with me is an authentic person. Not going to hound you with questions on bloodwork. It’s purely my own journey and what has worked for me. I have spent countless hours this year with a ton of free time, to be able to come out of the woodworks with experience I can share that I have actually done myself. Not chasing lab work numbers, but chasing being in a state of feeling great everyday. Despite me having affiliations now, which BTW are vendors I research with, nothing changes about the core reason I started posting. I love this stuff. It’s all I focus on now. And it looks like I’m in the right area on X to be able to showcase it and help people as well as learn myself. I would like to be able to make an income out of this someday, but don't know how thats going to fully materialize. In real life, I’m a normal dork. I love Game of Thrones, love UFC/NFL, sometimes game a bit, love my pizza and frozen margs, and love binge watching TV series to the point it's obsessive. I am a former Surveillance and Casino Management employee, who walked away from the career in my early 30s years to pursue entrepreneurship, and initially found a skill in trading, prior to shifting my focus now to biohacking. Below are progress photos (I could only add 4, from January-almost current). My cut was from 218-171lbs, where now I’m back near 200 again, much more healthy and more lean mass. 7-MONTHS... I am about this. I am excited to see where the rest of the year brings me with increased calorie intake, as well as more research. Goal is always to have an outstanding story to tell. Today was my Refeed/free day/cheat day whatever you call it. Breakfast: Eggs, biscuit, gravy, hash browns, sausage. Lunch/dinner: a pound of crab legs, wine and a beer. Very much an atypical day even for a cheat day. Not even concerned. Hike and gym tomorrow and it’s Tirzundy!

@FattyNoNatty answered it. I actually just raised it slightly as well. It feeds the engine and honestly have had nothing but benefits. But it’s not like needed per say. If you have dialed in hormones and everything else and have allocated the extra money and are looking for a compound that’s proven to be right up there with heavy hitters for longevity as well as performance support, that’s your golden ticket to add.

Honestly, not an entire lot, but little maybe subtle things. I paused the refill on agelessrx for now and am going to completely finish 90 days before I decide on it. I feel like I’m in a better mood, and there might be some sort of benefit and realism to the rumor of less reaction to some peps (mast cell like or temp irritation), as even Tesa has less reactions (always minor and ignorable) than before. I think it did allow some stuff to kick more my thyroid and TRT, so any of its inflammation benefits might be working, but not sure it’s worth keeping with other ongoing scriots like tada, telmisartan, and desiccated thyroid.

@HoosierKid31 Subq 5-amino, oral Slu-pp 915 Will say I enjoyed capsules of 332, unlike most people. Touchy subject on dosage for that one. Suspended solution didn’t give enough chance with Slu, but it was potent.
