@marksandspencer absolutely livid at the customer service I have received today. You refunded my online order to a card that I do not own, and then ask me to PROVE I made the transaction via my bank statement? Erm hello GDPR. You can see the original card method on YOUR system!

@AmazonUK received my delivery in my front porch because your delivery driver rang my bell, waited 3 seconds and rang the doorbell again (I was upstairs) opened my front porch and threw my delivery inside. Since when has it been acceptable for a driver to only wait 10 seconds!

@Specsavers came into collect my glasses & sunglasses at the Edgware branch and both the wrong prescription was put in both and the wrong graduated tint put into the sunglasses. All I got was a sorry... #incompetancy

@AmazonUK please can I have your direct customer services number to speak to a human. I can’t access my account and need to speak to someone. I can’t access any help pages as they require you to be logged in.

@AmazonHelp Hello, I’ve not received any emails but my account has been hacked. I have changed the email back to my own again and changed the password successfully, however when logging in on the app I need an OTP code which isn’t being sent by text so I’m stuck 😑🤷🏽‍♀️
