@Verizon I have zero confidence that you are able to handle a port out. I have been on the phone for 90 minutes passed around three times. I just want to return the four devices at this point. The juice is not worth the squeeze. Horrible horrible horrible first impression.

@AmericanAir Nice response @AmericanAir with that answer. Lots of empathy. Traveling is difficult enough and @jetblue sets the bar too high I guess. Sell freaking adapters then or @Apple add a freaking headphone jack to your iPads

@rsd317 We're sorry for the disappointment. We’re moving away from seat back sets, and offering livestreaming to your own device. This is easier to use for most of our customers.

@AmericanAir very disappointed no idea that we need our own devices. At least sell adapters not everyone has Bluetooth. Miserable flight with a neurodiverse kid. Fly @JetBlue all day every day
