Canada has energy for sure but canada’s govt is anti oil and gas and doesn’t do enough to exploit the resources it has. So isn’t your point moot due to the regulatory environment of canada?
Also, america is the #1 producer in the world of fossil fuels. So yes you have a lot but we have plenty of that same thing ourselves and we don’t have to pay you more to get it.

Leaving Canada high and dry could backfire, as the U.S. benefits greatly from Canadian manufacturing. We'll see how the strategy changes throughout these NAFTA negotiations.

@adamkovac @mattyglesias Vision Zero works in Europe because they actually enforce traffic laws and require more difficult tests for licensing. In America, politicians just declare “vision zero” without actually taking the steps needed for it to be successful.

All the public education campaigns and road diets can't compete with phone-distracted drivers.
