@ThaiAirways My elderly in-laws are flying with you and staying 7 wks in Thailand visiting my brother-in-law. They find the Thai visa process v cumbersome (we’re also abroad so can’t help them). Will they be allowed to board as they can extend in Chiang Mai & we can help them?

@nsandihelp currently abroad & will be for a long time.I tried to access my a/c but needed a security call. The website was v slow & crashed as the call was coming in & I didn’t get the confirmation code I needed. I’m reluctant to try again in case I get locked out. Please help
