Understand that the IT industry is up in arms against a 90 day notice period. They've claimed that once an employee has put in his resignation he is mentally prepared to leave the company and keeping him on board forcefully impacts his performance. This has significant implications in Aviation. In India, pilots being forced to serve a bond period may be(must be) under severe stress and have mentally checked out of their respective airline. A detailed study is required regarding incidents/accidents where the issue of pilots being on @DGCAIndia mandated "Notice Period" or on illegal one sided "BOND" may be mentioned. @MoCA_GoI It should be made compulsory for every Air Safety Investigation to mention whether the pilot was a willing employee or forced into operation by mandated notice periods and illegal bonds. @airindia @flyspicejet @IndiGo6E @LabourMinistry
