@Docusign I’m no longer able to access my account and critical documents out for signature are now not loading for signatories. Reset password comes back and says it doesn’t recognise my email address and expects me to create a new account

Pretty crazy that in 2023, the only way to cancel a digital subscription to the @thetimes is by calling, and wasting 15 minutes on a sales call. It’s sure hitting way to ensure you don’t get customers returning.
