Many people are asking: What does it actually mean that President @realDonaldTrump sanctioned the Rwanda Defence Force @RwandaMoD (RDF)? It means that any RDF assets, houses, and investments that fall under U.S. jurisdiction are seized. All RDF funds within or touching the U.S. global financial system are frozen. The RDF are banned from using the U.S. global financial system — from buying weapons to paying salaries. The RDF is blocked. All U.S. persons and companies are banned from doing business with the RDF. Foreign companies and banks that conduct significant transactions with the RDF risk sanctions exposure and potential loss of access to the U.S. financial system. In short, we are cutting off their money and business. This is going to hurt @PaulKagame @UrugwiroVillage @RwandaMoD badly. By the way, more sanctions to come. Standby.

Reality Sets In Now!! I variously warned my party president @HEBobiwine, and the usual blind followers about the unending attacks against Ex-LoP who is the inaugural @NUP_Ug deputy president in charge of Buganda, no one listened to me. To those who are quick to forget, I was particular, saying that turning Mpuuga into the main opponent to the extent of blaming everything that went wrong within the party from inavaibility of the Constitution, failure by the party to win the last election, the failure to put up clear structures, imprisonment of NUP prisoners including MP @AllanSsewanyana and the late counterpart etc, was a strategic mistake. Yes, I mean a gross mistake because the attacks helped on market Mpuuga and counterparts because any publicity is good for politicians. If it wasn't the case, the sustained fullscale character assassination for the last three years and still counting with official nod from the President Bobi, there is no where Mpuuga could have pulled off such a mammoth rally!! Otherwise, President Bobi might get embarrassment of the century for Mpuuga and his peers to win despite all the party energies and resources invested in bringing them down. @SsebinaLubowa or Kuteesa, will you really save the president's image which is obviously in trouble? @MotivKasagga @AidenKaliisa @Pliam_ @sasmvn @One_PiusJadwar @MordecaiMuriisa @SamMuyizzimuli @HumanrightsUG01 @JosephSsewungu @MuwangaMKivumbi @HonNambooze @JonahNkwangu, what do we do now?
