Almost 2 months, there is a bug or something in our shopify payments, 3/1 of our sales stuck in Pending status other payouts we can receive without any issues,. We are in touch with support but almost 1+ month each day they tell they are investigating..

i'm in touch with 25+ bank owners (owners, not c level) - altho mainly the ones with high risk licenses which you do not seem to be involved with given the stats you mention
europe anticipated vamp months ago with complete closure across most of eu acquirers. only a few groups still have routes there on high risk, and let me tell you - you gotta be very friend with and invite them often out :)
you wont get any significant processing capacity in europe for high risk traffic those days
i expect things to resume along q3/q4 as it always does, let the stakeholders see their paycheck cut by 3 after cutting high risk
US is same old same old, they cut some accs, but wont cut the ones they know - and are always open to business - i do not know what they do with merchants not connected to owners/c-level - I assume it's quite chaotic for them eventually
we'll see the real actions in 6-12 months from now if Visa ever decides to withdraw licenses
for now they just pass fines to merchants and that may stay the case for a while, until they decide to go further
lets see what Mastercard gives us in July

@Tob1kX @harleyf @ShopifySupport Same, they are investigating, each day same response. They didn't tell anythink about, hold, reserve funds etc. All seems fine, we receive some payouts, some stuck, and this amount reached almost 20k+ , all payouts status is Pending.... :)

Gentlemen. The market already talks about us nonstop. Even though I don't talk about it, it's borderline impossible to ignore the massive amount of high-quality clients and spend that we bring to the table. THE GAME HAS BEEN CHANGED
Now we sit down and plan. We're not rushing anything. How do we sit down and milk these fucking wagies to the max while brining ridiculous, "too good to be true" offers to our clients that are borderline impossible to ignore?
And this isn't just about traffic sources. It's about every aspect of a business. Fulfillment, payments, software, apps, emails, lawyers. We got them all. Now how can we build something game changing?
Just give me a month or two and you'll see what we're cooking here. Everything is pretty much laid out. Clients will have a list of ridiculous, borderline illegal competitive advantages, and those who aren't in will just stay behind. No harsh feelings tho
We decided to stop talking about spend, leaderboards, growth, MRR, ARR, amount of users, etc.
I just feel like it brings negative attention.
We're preparing the grounds for something much, much bigger.
I traveled all over the world & organized meetups to meet some of you nerds. In the meantime I've met the most powerful players in this space. I'm talking billion dollar suppliers, 3PLs, international payment processors, insiders in every single platform. It's time to make use of these connections.
I'm gonna be honest this whole industry lacks any sort of innovation. Mfers just bring shit offers to the table because they can.
I'm SO fucking excited I'm literally struggling to fall asleep.
