Training (Every Day): -Resistance Training: 40โ45 min heavy dumbbells, rotating muscle groups, 8โ10 sets of 10โ12 reps -Incline Treadmill Walks (all at 10% incline, 2 mph): 30 min post-breakfast + 30 min post-lunch + 30 min post-dinner (90 min total daily) Recent removals: Cagrilintide Dihexa/Noopept/J-147 Planned additions in near future: -IGF 1-LR once Tesa experiment is done. -Potentially messing with Eloralintide -Likely increasing TRT weekly dosing again. -Anavar/Primo (likely Q3). Main goal: Continue my own research and path of raising BMR as high as possible, to be able to enjoy the lifestyle I would like, while able to fend off fat gain and still gain muscle, due to the combination of compounds we have available, that makes it the most possible its ever been during our time. --- What you get with me is an authentic person. Not going to hound you with questions on bloodwork. Itโs purely my own journey and what has worked for me. I have spent countless hours this year with a ton of free time, to be able to come out of the woodworks with experience I can share that I have actually done myself. Not chasing lab work numbers, but chasing being in a state of feeling great everyday. Despite me having affiliations now, which BTW are vendors I research with, nothing changes about the core reason I started posting. I love this stuff. Itโs all I focus on now. And it looks like Iโm in the right area on X to be able to showcase it and help people as well as learn myself. I would like to be able to make an income out of this someday, but don't know how thats going to fully materialize. In real life, Iโm a normal dork. I love Game of Thrones, love UFC/NFL, sometimes game a bit, love my pizza and frozen margs, and love binge watching TV series to the point it's obsessive. I am a former Surveillance and Casino Management employee, who walked away from the career in my early 30s years to pursue entrepreneurship, and initially found a skill in trading, prior to shifting my focus now to biohacking. Below are progress photos (I could only add 4, from January-almost current). My cut was from 218-171lbs, where now Iโm back near 200 again, much more healthy and more lean mass. 7-MONTHS... I am about this. I am excited to see where the rest of the year brings me with increased calorie intake, as well as more research. Goal is always to have an outstanding story to tell. @BiohackerJake I know its only been a little over a week, but I'm a big fan of my 915 research thus far. Whether I take it before a cardio session of lifting, I seem to have a bottomless tank of fuel, without being stimmed to the gills. My metabolism on this stuff ๐ฅ
