Training (Every Day): -Resistance Training: 40โ€“45 min heavy dumbbells, rotating muscle groups, 8โ€“10 sets of 10โ€“12 reps -Incline Treadmill Walks (all at 10% incline, 2 mph): 30 min post-breakfast + 30 min post-lunch + 30 min post-dinner (90 min total daily) Recent removals: Cagrilintide Dihexa/Noopept/J-147 Planned additions in near future: -IGF 1-LR once Tesa experiment is done. -Potentially messing with Eloralintide -Likely increasing TRT weekly dosing again. -Anavar/Primo (likely Q3). Main goal: Continue my own research and path of raising BMR as high as possible, to be able to enjoy the lifestyle I would like, while able to fend off fat gain and still gain muscle, due to the combination of compounds we have available, that makes it the most possible its ever been during our time. --- What you get with me is an authentic person. Not going to hound you with questions on bloodwork. Itโ€™s purely my own journey and what has worked for me. I have spent countless hours this year with a ton of free time, to be able to come out of the woodworks with experience I can share that I have actually done myself. Not chasing lab work numbers, but chasing being in a state of feeling great everyday. Despite me having affiliations now, which BTW are vendors I research with, nothing changes about the core reason I started posting. I love this stuff. Itโ€™s all I focus on now. And it looks like Iโ€™m in the right area on X to be able to showcase it and help people as well as learn myself. I would like to be able to make an income out of this someday, but don't know how thats going to fully materialize. In real life, Iโ€™m a normal dork. I love Game of Thrones, love UFC/NFL, sometimes game a bit, love my pizza and frozen margs, and love binge watching TV series to the point it's obsessive. I am a former Surveillance and Casino Management employee, who walked away from the career in my early 30s years to pursue entrepreneurship, and initially found a skill in trading, prior to shifting my focus now to biohacking. Below are progress photos (I could only add 4, from January-almost current). My cut was from 218-171lbs, where now Iโ€™m back near 200 again, much more healthy and more lean mass. 7-MONTHS... I am about this. I am excited to see where the rest of the year brings me with increased calorie intake, as well as more research. Goal is always to have an outstanding story to tell. Morning still young, and a planned low calorie day after yesterdays over-done it pizza and ice cream day, but this is the best kickstart I have had to a day since.. well the last time I did this. Carbs reward reta, but you in general. Even forgot my mots this morning so that will be a post walk pre-lift thing here shortly.

Some form of bpc, whether itโ€™s been oral or subq, has been used by me just about every day all year with zero downsides noticeable so far, and likely itโ€™s sustained use has led to why I have been able to make some of the strides. Not against cycling, but without the data yet, itโ€™s hard to argue against treating it like a supplement, despite people worried about angio finding some dormant โ€œcellsโ€ Big fan! Good shit! Most non-bullshit pep.

Now after my geeked Elora post, just previously minutes ago, I did want to go over this again, or rather an additional shout out to Elite Research, who I donโ€™t have an affiliation with, but refer them as the best suppliers of oral molecules (which if you saw my โ€œthis dude has issuesโ€ research biohacking pinned post yesterday, I am a big fan of, or at least the ones that work ๐Ÿคฃ), for the purpose of blood sugar control and ability to raise the ever so important to me - BMR all day. SLU-PP-915, still early with it, but I love it. Truly was paranoid I was dude-placebo, but as you have noticed we had tons of people, @tmpecus being one I talk too, just flat out enjoying this compound. Just clean energy, almost in just a alright back to it/motivation feel, for lack of non-bro statement lol. So no, weโ€™re not the people starting HGH and TRT and doing a write-up the very next day on our experience- shots fired yes, at some of the recent bad players who invaded my favorite hobby and even nowโ€ฆ a vendor? Not recommending dosing for research, but overall, amazing experience. I would also like to note, that many oral peptides and molecules get mixed in the bioavailable worthless cross-over, and it couldnโ€™t be more far from the truth. There are a lot of fun ones, where a few of the ones I mentioned in my pinned post have great purpose, in the context of insulin control, and maximizing how fat is utilized, or disposed rather.
