Saying "unhoused" rather than "homeless" is stupid. Homeless people aren't out on the streets feeling offended over language. (Believe it or not, they have bigger issues to deal with.) Nor are we talking about a reasonable shift from a word like "bum" to the word "homeless," here. There's nothing noble about going from "homeless" to "unhoused." The only reason a person says "unhoused" is because they're a privileged, virtue-signalling jerk. It makes the speaker feel better about themselves. It does nothing for homeless people.

Very good point. Rarely do you ever hear any level of government talk about making food better. It is the main cause of many human ailments, illnesses etc, but governments remain quiet on it.

I can vouch for Andrew as well. I'm doing a bunch of work in the basement but needed a few things done that required more specialized tooling and experience. Andrew is first rate, the workmanship top notch, and he speaks fluent Oilers to boot. I've seen some of his full reno work too and it's always crisp. What I appreciated most was his ability to bring the skills I needed and provide me some advice from his experience on the parts I am doing so that I'll come out with the result that works for me and my family.

he wasn't here when they didn't sign them before becoming RFAs. He opted not to match offer sheet. I thought matching Holloway would have been wise, but he made up for it by getting Podkolzin. The Jarry trade has been awful. That is the main blemish. But every GM has a bad trade. He needs Ingram to play well, and if he does he did get him for nothing, so that is a good move to counter a terrible one.
