We are delighted to announce the recipients of the SSP@50 Fellowship Awards! Supported by The National Lottery through @CreativeScots, each Fellowship has been awarded to projects that celebrate the vital role theatre plays in Scotland’s life and culture.

@ssp_playwrights @EdenCourt Wonderful to see @JMacR awarded this fellowship from @ssp_playwrights We loved commissioning him last year, and this looks like a brilliant project!

If you’re in Inverness next weekend pop in to @EdenCourt to see some great work directed by @JMacR whose play Everything Under the Sun won an @scotsman_arts Fringe First and @ScottishArtsCL Leading Light Prize at Army at the Fringe 23. He directed it too!

Lovely to see Jim’s weave of poetry and music inspired by @ArmyinScotland veteran Hamish Henderson grow to a second outing following Army at the Fringe 23’s poetry sessions given in collaboration with @ByLeavesWeLive with help from @CombatRecce pipes and drums and @DarioSalviUK

@timesscotland art critic @sutherlandgile1 is lecturing on role of culture in time of war at Maclaurin Art Gallery, Ayr, this Saturday (final weekend of @SocietyScotArt show). Well worth a visit. @ArmyinScotland
