Threatening to murder tens of millions of innocent people, including children, is deranged. Trump's erratic behavior and cognitive decline makes clear to the world he is not fit to serve as President. The 25th Amendment should be invoked to spare our country and the world from his increasingly unhinged behavior. Congress needs to end this illegal war, and Speaker Johnson needs to call the House back to vote on the War Powers Resolution.
