Why do some women marry men they are not attracted to? Why do they marry men they do not want to have sex with? The answer is that, for them, marriage is just a way to gain power over someone. If they had a man they were truly attracted to, a man they were genuinely in awe of and loved deeply, how would they have power over him? So they pick a man they do not really like. That way, when they treat him badly, deny him sex and affection, and eventually divorce him and take his stuff, they do not feel bad about it. Because he was never really a person to them. He was a means to an end, a path to power.

Case in point: I went on a date a while back and afterwards came on too strong. She was even less interested after the fact than during the date.
