@thewhitecompany Been trying to purchase something from your wild mint range but can’t find it in stores or online. Is it being discontinued?

Of course the 23.32 @gwrhelp from Paddington to Reading departed late. I mean why would it leave on time from a half empty station having been waiting at the platform for the past 30 min?

Maybe @nationalrailenq can advise why there is a crawl from Paddington to Reading? Seeing as @gwrhelp can’t be arsed.

Classic journey on @GWRHelp. Crawling along on the great western main line to reading with zero explanation for the delay. This company has never realised how shocking its customer service is, and never will.

Of course the first train I’ve got in weeks is delayed.

Also no card left (obviously as I have been by the front door all day). So how do I find out where my parcel is?

Do your drivers just say someone wasn’t available when they can’t be arsed to make a delivery?

@parcelforce I’ve literally been outside my house all morning doing stuff outside, and just got a notification 20 minutes ago saying my parcel could not be delivered as no one was available. This is a complete lie - no delivery was attempted.

You know @reading_buses, the number of buses that just ‘disappear’ off your app is ludicrous. No mention of them being cancelled or late. They just don’t turn up and ‘disappear’, leaving customers naffed off and fed up of your services.

Is there a more infuriating example of terrible customer service than the @PostOffice?

@7bone_dive I love your food but my god orders take SO long to make. 45 min so far on a Deliveroo order and still not ready… (This is a regular thing too)

Zero reason for it as far as I can tell. And zero explanation on board from @gwr. Also greeted at Reading by a bunch of cocky @networkrail maintenance workers moaning the passengers were holding them up.

@PostOffice Will you ever enable sending a parcel by QR code from your self service tills? Entire queue has QR code parcels and the self service tills are empty.

@Rochdale_Cowboy @bookingcom @MalmaisonHotels Precisely! I’m not going to book through 2 companies that treat customers like that.

If anyone is thinking of using @bookingcom or @MalmaisonHotels to book a hotel over the festive period, don’t bother. Find another booking/hotel company. As they’ll just increase their rates for a pre-existing booking and threaten to cancel it unless you pay the extra.
