@GenFlynn @realDonaldTrump Do not overlook the role of the state/fed Fusion Centers, and/or academic cyber security centers, in this mix. DHS manages the national Fusion Center network (with significant FBI interface). The academic cyber security facilities are openly partnered with NSA, FBI, DHS and DOD.

@canncon @ProjectConstitu I’ll be damned, and I stand corrected. It is indeed .308. I never knew that, always thought it meant 30.06 cal. Thanks for correction. And more importantly for identifying that glaring forensic discrepancy in the prosecution’s evidence.

@CorneliusJS @ProjectConstitu You would think in the day and age of Google, you would have done 2 seconds worth of research to know that a .30-06 is, in fact, .308 in diameter. The -06 refers to the year 1906.

‼️EVIDENCE IS MISSING: Medical Examiner Pulled Out 7 Fragments But ONLY 4 Made It to the ATF — What Happened to the MISSING 3 Fragments From Charlie Kirk’s Neck? 🤔 The medical examiner pulled 7 fragments out of Charlie Kirk’s neck. Only 4 ever made it to the ATF for testing. The other 3? Gone. No explanation. No paper trail. Nothing. During the Tyler Robinson hearing, the ATF examiner admitted under oath they were only told about the missing fragments a few months ago. They received 4. The medical examiner documented 7. So where did the other three go? This is basic chain of custody in a political assassination case… and the evidence is just missing. Either someone is lying, or someone is covering something up. What happened to the other three bullet fragments? FROM: @FinanceWolves FOLLOW Him! CC: @RealCandaceO

@canncon @ProjectConstitu No that’s not correct. .308 is a different, slightly wider caliber. 30-06 is within the range given. I’m deeply skeptical of the 30-06 claim, but the caliber range testified to is within the parameters.

@ProjectConstitu Don’t forget she testified the round was between .287” and .301” in diameter. A .30-06 is .308. Outside the far end of the spectrum. It could be deformities but isn’t that what the range accounts for??

@thevivafrei Assuming it was a hit, then Russia and/or IRGC would have the means and motives. He was a dutiful servant of our MIC and deep state intel, so I don’t think they were the culprits.

When I heard the news, I initially thought it was Mitch McConnell. Which would have made more sense. People die suddenly from heart attacks, strokes, aneurysms all the time (perhaps even more so now). And there will always be conspiracies around the death of any politician or anyone related to them. But this death is inconvenient for RINO / MIC since Graham had just won his primary. If conspiracy, cui bono?
Matt Van Swol@mattvanswol

I’m sorry, but Lindsey Graham dying out of the blue like this doesn’t make any sense at all. We have him on camera yesterday looking perfectly healthy. None of this is making any sense…

If you want to prove to someone that Charlie's shirt moves BEFORE the damage to his neck, show them this. It is unbelievable that anyone believes it was a bullet. At this point, I think some people just say they believe the FEDSLOP because their hatred of Candace Owens outweighs their love of the truth.

The report cited on Archive.org can’t be viewed without an account. The preview accessible pages contain no substantive analysis. I’ll try to get a hold of a copy, or at least screenshot relevant passages. I’m curious to see how many of these reported neck wounds were from direct hits to anterior neck and deflected solely by vertebrae. Assuming that level of forensic detail is even made. I could however easily see rounds deflected off helmet or through uniformss and combat load webbing getting stopped in a neck. But will read the contents and see.

@angertab How would they have studied over 5,000 US wounded from ww2 and Korea with 30-06 wounds? The Germans used a 7.92mm and the Japanese used 6.5mm & 7.7mm. Only allied forces had the 30-06 round. As far as korea, yes they had the 7.62x39 or 7.62x54R but again, not the 30-06.

You wanted evidence that a 30-06 would stop in a human neck? The data in this report come from people with PHD's who have studied the terminal ballistics on human flesh of over 5,000 US casualties. These are facts. There is no getting around them.

Before the evidence was introduced, my initial guess is that he used "grandpa ammo." My grandpa had a similar 30-06 bolt action, one box of bullets, I remember it strikingly. Typical midwestern white kid stuff.

Here is my discussion with @FenixAmmunition This man does not just know his stuff - it is his literal business. He knows the difference between a FMJ, hollow point, soft point, "core-lokt" etc. He know the difference in quality of brands. If you listen to ignorant people, you will remain ignorant. Or worse, you will be entirely misled.

That is true, and that the film doesn’t cover that. Was still a good film about the downstream piece. The mortgage backed securities frenzy was just the private sector exploiting dumb government policy to the hilt. Privatized profit, and losses socialized by the bailouts. One of the most perverse chapters in the annals of capitalism.

@thevivafrei The ad hominem stupidity on both sides is absurd. There are plenty of legit questions to raise on both sides. Anyone claiming it’s all settled either way is being intellectually dishonest. Though I suspect neither camp cares that that is the case.

TIM DILLON on the Charlie Kirk assassination and trial—and Butler and the WH correspondents' dinner—as all being "fishy"🐟🐟🐟 "It's fishy to me. The whole thing's fishy. It's always been fishy" "[I've] found a lot of the things that Candace [Owens] has raised to be valid" "And I think a lot of people I know that are really smart people think this is really a weird case" "And I'm not saying that the kid didn't do it. I'm not saying Tyler Robinson didn't do it. I'm not saying that. But the circumstances of like, who he is and why he did it and all that stuff, we just don't feel like we're getting the full story" "It feels like we're getting fragments of a story. And I'm not saying that it is incorrect, but I'm saying that we kind of lack information. There's holes in the story" "It does seem to not line up as nicely as they would like it to" "Whenever somebody says a case closed, it's, it's usually not somebody who is saying that because they want to share information or they're not in a deep search for the truth. Usually" "I come from a time... when the media was all over these people's families. We knew everything about them. We watched the O.J. Simpson trial for an entire year. We knew everything about the Menendez brothers. We knew everything about Laci Peterson. We knew everything about all of these cases. We don't know a ton about this" "We know nothing about Butler. Almost nothing. We don't know a ton about this case. [Also,] we don't know... a lot about the guy who ran into the White House correspondents' dinner. Remember that? We don't know about that" "We don't know about all this stuff. We know a little bit. There's a little bit. They introduced someone, yeah, it's a teacher. And they just went nuts. You're like, okay" "And it seems like the media's being guided on these stories, the traditional media, in a way that leaves chunks of them out" @TimJDillon

WOW 🚨: Former driver license examiner for Maine DMV says he quit after over 10 years because of the corruption. They are allowing non-citizens to get Drivers Licenses They are giving illegals driving permits WITH A 100% PASS RATE The Maine Wire “A longtime BMV employee came forward to expose a scam that allowed non-citizens to get driver's permits with a near 100% pass rate, by using foreign language translators to supply correct answers during the permit test” Once they have their drivers permits they can then get a license. Maine allows non-citizens to get driver’s licenses.

@JackNimble93427 @Mrgunsngear That has been my experience too using .308 Win Vital Shock. I had one shallow oblique shot from rear of big buck that shattered through the ribs then deflected off the sternum and it was stopped in the torso. The interior lung and heart damage was massive though.

@Mrgunsngear I’ve shot at least a dozen whitetail in the neck with that exact round (and many other calibers as well), simply because it’s cheap. All passed completely through. Lots of damage. Body shots usually pass through as well on whitetail (all within 250 yards).

Yesterday, a number of journalists who attended the Tyler Robinson preliminary hearing reported that clear video evidence of Tyler taking the shot from the roof was presented. The video was not shown to the public because of the judge’s order (due to the clerical error of showing Tyler Robinson’s alleged confession note the day before). Immediately, other journalists who were also in attendance reported that the video did NOT show Tyler Robinson taking the shot, and that those journalists were lying, repeating “fed slop”. The reality is that both journalists are correct. The video (which was merely enhanced video of segments the public had already seen) showed the man *identified* as Tyler on the roof, in the prone position, taking the shot, and then fleeing. It did not show his face (I verified with a couple of people in respect of their posts). So on the one hand, you have journalists reporting that the video clearly showed the man *who had been previously identified as Tyler Robinson* taking the shot. And on the other hand, you have journalist saying the video did not show Tyler specifically (in terms of close-up on his face for facial recognition). This is the exact confusion and spin I specifically predicted would happen during my appearance on Megyn Kelly that morning. Had the public seen the video, there would have been no confusion in what was meant by the various reports. But the judge, in his order denying transparency to the judicial process, allowed for this confusion to occur and be weaponized to taint the entire judicial process. The judge, in his idiotic ruling to not display exhibits on the final day of the hearing, in an effort to split the judicial baby to please both parties, killed the judicial baby.

“Then why do you fully trust the FBI in this case”? 😂 When you can’t win on the substance, make up idiotic arguments as though your adversary is making them. I do not trust the FBI in this case, or in any case. I don’t really trust anyone, except my wife. I trust my assessment of what the evidence has revealed to date. That’s the best anyone can do. But it is not because I distrust the FBI that I’m going to believe baseless, idiotic theories like exploding microphones, Charlie isn’t dead, Ben Shapiro was in on it… Also, if your distrust in the FBI reflexively causes you to say the exact opposite just because you don’t trust them, you are no longer thinking. You’re merely reacting like a low IQ individual.
Toad@LearnToToad

@thevivafrei Then why do you fully trust the FBI in this case, the same people who lied about Covid and everything else? You have no healthy distrust anymore here.
