I just built a fully mapped AI Agent OS covering every layer a GTM engineer needs to run a connected agent stack from one project folder. Feed it your ICP, your GTM workflows, and your current tool stack → it maps every skill, agent, memory system, and protocol to the right layer → so you know exactly what to install, what each thing does, and how the layers connect. All inside one free reference document. Perfect for GTM engineers and RevOps leaders who are still installing tools without a system underneath, running agents with no memory between sessions, and rebuilding context from scratch every time they open a new session. If you're running GTM on AI agents in 2026, you already know the math - the engineers shipping the most aren't running more tools, they're running a connected OS where every layer feeds the next. Most engineers have skills without memory, memory without safety hooks, and agents without observability. Nothing compounds. This map solves it: → Five root config files built in 30 minutes - CLAUDE.md, BRAND.md, SOUL.md, MEMORY.md, and settings.json turn any terminal agent into a dedicated GTM operator → 235+ skills across 11 domains including 18 GTM skills, 21 Clay workflows, 8 n8n automations, 44 marketing skills, 34 C-suite advisory skills, and 2,000+ B2B sales prompts - every one with install command and source repo → 500+ sub-agents across 6 collections with three personas - Startup CTO, Growth Marketer, and Solo Founder - each pre-loaded with the right skill stack → Four memory systems mapped with a decision guide - Obsidian vault for long-running projects, claude-mem for zero-config capture, cipher for lightweight setups, supermemory for autonomous agents → Safety hooks wired before any agent touches real data - block-dangerous-commands, protect-secrets, auto-stage, and notify-permission registered in settings.json → Full ecosystem coverage - 6 terminal agents, 9 multi-agent frameworks, 5 GUI clients, 5 infrastructure tools, observability stack, and 3 open protocols that make all of it interoperable No installing skills with no system to route them. No running agents with no memory between sessions. No rebuilding context from scratch when CLAUDE.md and MEMORY.md should load it automatically. What you get: - 30-minute setup guide for all five root config files with exact build order - 235+ skills across 11 domains with tiered loadout - always-on, project-specific, and situational - 500+ sub-agent templates across 6 collections with orchestration patterns - Four memory systems with a decision guide for which to use when - Full ecosystem map across terminal agents, frameworks, GUI clients, and open protocols Built from 6 months of mapping every open-source GTM agent repo, skill library, and protocol that ships in 2026. Your next 30 days of content is already written. You just haven't seen it yet. This automation watches 50+ news sources every hour, scores every article for quality and relevance, and turns the best ones into Twitter threads and LinkedIn posts automatically. High-scoring stories get drafted into platform-specific content ready to post. Medium scores land in your review queue so you can tweak them if you want. Junk gets archived before it ever wastes your time. Never scramble for content ideas at 11pm again. Never post yesterday's trend a day too late. Your feed stays alive while you sleep, travel, or work on something that actually moves the business forward. Saves 15-20 hours a month and keeps you ahead of every trend in your niche. I made a free Claude Code Blueprint. Most Claude Code courses are tutorials. The Blueprint is interactive. You install Claude Code, open the folder I send you, type "Start Lesson 1," and Claude teaches you while you use Claude Code itself. 60 minutes from start to finish. You end with a real tool deployed on the internet, all for free. Watching tutorials doesn't teach you Claude Code. Using it does. Whenever I talk to non-technical folks about using Claude Code, the same problem keeps coming up. They install it, watch a few explainers, then quit when nothing they're seeing maps to what they actually want to build. The fix isn't another explainer. It's putting your hands on the tool from minute one. That's what the Blueprint is for. By the end of one short interactive session, you'll know: - How a single slash command can research any company in 60 seconds, instead of 30 minutes by hand - The trick to getting three Claude agents working in parallel inside one session - The CLAUDE .md pattern that makes Claude predictable, not chaotic - How to put your first Claude Code build on the internet, no terminal needed The tool you build is yours. A public URL on the open internet, the kind you can text to a friend. Comment "BLUEPRINT" below and I'll DM it to you (must be following)

I just built a Claude Code marketing skill stack that plans campaigns, writes social posts, designs carousels, and produces animated videos from a single brief every week. Feed it your brand design system, your best-performing content, and a campaign brief → it studies your voice and visual identity → generates on-brand assets across every format while you review and approve. All inside Claude Code and Claude Design. Perfect for marketing teams and agency owners who are still briefing designers on assets Claude Design produces in minutes, calling skills one at a time when one brief should trigger the whole sequence, and manually pushing skill updates to teammates who need the same system running on their machine. If you're running marketing in 2026, you already know the math - the teams that produce at volume aren't the ones with the biggest budgets, they're the ones with a skill stack that handles execution while humans handle strategy. Most teams ship three assets a week if they're lucky. This skill stack solves it: → Drop your branded landing page into Claude Design and it extracts colours, typography, components, and spacing into a portable skill file every other skill calls automatically → The campaign planning skill reads the brief, researches the market via Perplexity MCP, and builds a branded slide deck with KPIs, persona, funnel map, and roadmap → Pulls from your best-performing posts and storytelling framework as reference files so social content matches what actually works in your space → Routes complex tasks to sub-agents running in parallel and simple executional tasks directly to skills based on routing rules in CLAUDE.md → Fires completed skills to a Notion library automatically every week at 9am so your team always has the latest version without manual uploads → Drops finished campaigns, posts, carousels, and videos into dated project folders ready to publish No briefing designers on assets Claude produces in minutes. No calling skills one at a time when a brief should run the whole sequence. No manually distributing skill files to teammates every time something updates. What you get: - Brand design system extraction guide: 10-15 minutes to a portable skill file every other skill calls automatically - Four function skills: campaign planning, social content, carousel design, and animated video each triggered by a slash command - Multi-skill orchestration setup so one brief triggers research, content, creatives, and landing page in the right order automatically - Notion skills library with auto-sync routine so your team always installs the current version from one place - One skill stack you install once and run across every marketing workflow forever Built 100% in Claude Code and Claude Design. I put together a full playbook with all skill files, the brand extraction guide, the Notion library setup, and the exact CLAUDE.md routing rules to get the full stack running from one brief. great to see this from UAE - 2 years to 50% agentic will set them levels above pretty much every other country. the part that won't make the press release is this: every ministry deploying agents will independently rediscover the same thousand things. how a permit flow actually works. why a regulation has that footnote. which form the legacy system expects in ALL CAPS for historical reasons. without shared memory, fifty ministries pay the same tokens to learn the same lessons. separately. every session. with it, one agent's discovery in the tax authority becomes permanent knowledge across customs, social security, transport. a citizen edge case handled once in health travels to education the next morning. no retraining. no data migration. just memory that compounds across the whole government. that's not a tooling decision. that's an architectural one, and it's far easier to get right at the start than retrofit in year three. would love to brainstorm with anyone plugged into the UAE ecosystem and talk with the correct ministers.

Under the directives of the President of the UAE, we launch a new government model. Within two years, 50% of government sectors, services, and operations will run on Agentic AI, making the UAE the first government globally to operate at this scale through autonomous systems. AI is no longer a tool. It analyses, decides, executes, and improves in real time. It will become our executive partner to enhance services, accelerate decisions, and raise efficiency. This transformation has a clear timeline. Two years. Performance across government will be measured by speed of adoption, quality of implementation, and mastery of AI in redesigning government work. We are investing in our people. Every federal employee will be trained to master AI, building one of the world’s strongest capabilities in AI-driven government. Implementation will be overseen by Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed, with a dedicated taskforce chaired by Mohammad Al Gergawi driving execution. The world is changing. Technology is accelerating. Our principle remains constant. People come first. Our goal is a government that is faster, more responsive, and more impactful.

I put the entire Claude Code and Claude Design B2B GTM Scaling Playbook into ONE Notion doc. 8 sections. No fluff. - The full Co-work prospect research workflow: project folder setup, web search, site screenshots, and cold email drafts via Chrome extension without leaving Claude or touching a spreadsheet - CRM and Gmail connected in one session: 15 personalised follow-up drafts in your inbox referencing actual call notes in under 10 minutes - The DBS skill structure that turns any repeatable GTM workflow into a slash command: Direction, Blueprints, Solutions, and the five GTM skills worth building first including qualify, enrich, and personalise - Five GTM routines that run without you: morning email brief, sales follow-up bot, LinkedIn content scheduler, meeting prep assistant, and weekly expense tracker - The post-call proposal routine that turns meeting notes into a researched proposal in Slack before your next call starts - What Claude Design actually builds and how to start: prototypes, animated decks, videos, and landing pages from plain language with three editing modes - The animated video trick that produces more polished pitch decks than building from copy directly and the 90/10 rule for final edits - How to go from Claude Design output to a live campaign page: export options mapped to every use case and the Claude Code handoff that gets any design to a live URL in under 2 minutes This is the setup I would have KILLED for before spending hours manually researching prospects, briefing designers on assets Claude Design produces in minutes, and building GTM workflows from scratch every session instead of triggering them with a slash command. The agency owners who figure out Hermes in the next 90 days are going to look like geniuses in 2027. The problem is most agency owners don't have time to figure out the install, where to start, or what to actually hand it first. So my team built an 83-page playbook that does it for you. Inside: — The 5 daily prompts that turn it into a second brain — Plain English setup for Mac, Linux, and Android — How to lock it down without torching client data — 8 copy-paste workflows across reporting, outreach, sales, and ops — The cron trick that drops token spend by 90% Your competitors are sleeping on this. Comment HERMES and I'll send it.
GREG ISENBERG@gregisenberg

how to set up hermes agent step by step. built-in memory, 40+ tools, works on your phone, and what to think of hermes vs openclaw: 1. hermes is a personal AI agent that runs in your terminal. think of it like open claw but with built-in memory, 40+ tools out of the box, and 90% cheaper token costs. you install it with one command. 2. the 3 problems with open claw that hermes solves: no memory (you keep repeating yourself), constant gateway restarts, and zero visibility into what you're spending on tokens. 3. hermes remembers everything. every completed task gets saved to memory. it searches through past logs to find solutions. over time it literally gets smarter at your specific workflows. 4. connect it to open router. you see exact costs per model per task. free models rotate weekly. one founder went from $130 every five days on open claw to $10 on hermes. same output. 5. it comes preloaded with skills. apple notes, imessage, find my, browser, web search, image generation, cron jobs. no hunting for plugins. 6. connect it to obsidian so it reads your entire vault. connect it to gstack for your dev environment. create custom skills for your specific workflows. 7. the biggest money saver: have it write code once for recurring tasks. then it runs without burning tokens every time. stop paying an LLM to do the same scrape or report daily. 8. run it on android via telegram. name your agents. talk to them like coworkers. in this episode imran shows you how to set this up. 9. you can run it bare metal, in docker, or serverless on modal. pick your risk level. i begged @imranye to come on @startupideaspod and walk through the full installation live. he made it impossibly clear. if you've heard of Hermes Agent and want the clearest explanation of how to get set up like a pro let me know what you want me to cover on the next ep this is the best personal agent setup video on the internet right now. watch

📍 Agentic AI is not a deployment roadmap. It is a redesign of how decisions are governed at scale. A recent analysis shows organizations moving through phases from building infrastructure to orchestrating workflows and scaling enterprise-wide platforms. The shift is not technical maturity. It is the gradual transfer of decision execution into systems that must be governed, not just deployed. 1️⃣ Authority Shift: As orchestration layers emerge, decision-making moves from individuals to coordinated agent systems. Ownership becomes less clear. 2️⃣ Governance Gap: Most organizations focus on infrastructure first, but delay defining how agent decisions are monitored, escalated, and controlled. 3️⃣ Scaling Constraint: Without a shared governance model, agentic systems fragment across teams. What scales is complexity, not performance. This is why many organizations progress in building AI systems but stall in turning them into reliable operating layers. The real challenge is not phasing AI into production. It is designing who governs the decisions once it is there. via Bain & Company buff.ly/nlkoQfA @corixpartners @Transform_Sec @Corix_JC @ILoveBooks786 @COSTESLionelEr @ramonvidall @RLDI_Lamy @FrRonconi @timo_vi @Nicochan33 @NathaliaLeHen @TCyberCast @arigatou163 @VivMilanoFSL @MathildaLoco @faryus88 @ricardo_ik_ahau @sulefati7 @ozsilverfox @BCAgroup @sonu_monika @luengo1958 @DioOmega @bulbi59 @bociek191905 @BensenyNelson @chidambara09 @EduFirst @jornalistavitor @9SManagement @DavidTaboada @quepasachico @Yash_ai6 @drsharwood @Ym78200 @pchamard

⚡ AI and productivity are not becoming more connected. They are becoming more misunderstood. As EY highlights, mentions of AI and productivity have surged sharply, especially after generative AI adoption accelerated. But this reflects narrative alignment, not necessarily operational reality. 1️⃣ Narrative Shift: Organizations are framing AI as a productivity driver in external communication. The language is scaling faster than actual structural change. 2️⃣ Authority Gap: Productivity gains require decision and workflow redesign. Most organizations are still layering AI onto existing processes without shifting control. 3️⃣ Execution Risk: As expectations rise, the gap between perceived and realized productivity widens. This creates pressure on teams without changing how work is structured. This is why productivity gains feel inconsistent despite rising AI investment. The real challenge is not linking AI to productivity. It is redesigning the organization so AI can actually deliver it. via EY ey.com/en_gl/megatren… @corixpartners @Transform_Sec @Corix_JC @ILoveBooks786 @COSTESLionelEr @ramonvidall @RLDI_Lamy @FrRonconi @timo_vi @Nicochan33 @NathaliaLeHen @TCyberCast @arigatou163 @VivMilanoFSL @MathildaLoco @faryus88 @bbailey39 @BindIdeas971 @DonaldGavis @ricardo_ik_ahau @sulefati7 @ozsilverfox @BCAgroup @DavidTaboada @yd_engoue @iamtunslaw @kkruse @sonu_monika @jornalistavitor @9SManagement @Howie7951 @luengo1958 @DioOmega @sustainrach @bulbi59 @Anikaa_AI @bociek191905

My 12-year old is unschooled. The main thing I care about is his ability to self-educate. Be curious, discover problems, figure out how to solve them. I spend one hour per day with him. We finished grade level math in 25% of the school year, physics, biology, and now chemistry and computer science. One hour per day. He reads and writes a bit. The rest of the day he’s doing what he wants. School is a massive anti-education waste of childhood. PS I wrote a book called How To Think - parents can read it with their kid. It’s game changing.

I agree with a lot of this logic except that it does not need to be AI that teaches your child. Maybe in many instances it can be helpful and in other instances not. It can be the parents, grandparents, or trusted individuals. Kids more than ever need connection with their family, peers, other people. It is so critical. We are missing human connection. Parents should try to teach their kids every skill they know, kids need this interaction. Parents also need to learn patience and how to positively interact with their children and to see it as relationship building time and to try and make skill building interactive and fun.
