📍 The jobs safest from AI are not the least technical. They are the most human. The labor market is not dividing between “AI jobs” and “non-AI jobs.” It is dividing between work that requires human judgment in real environments and work that can be systematized. This is a structural shift in how value is created. 1️⃣ Workflow Boundary Roles involving real-time judgment, public interaction, and physical context remain difficult to automate because AI struggles with unpredictable environments. 2️⃣ Structural Blind Spot Many leaders still assume technical skill determines job resilience, while the real differentiator is decision complexity and human interaction. 3️⃣ Strategic Consequence Organizations that redesign work around human judgment plus AI assistance will outperform those trying to fully automate decision-heavy roles. The safest jobs are not the ones farthest from AI. They are the ones that require humans to stay in the loop. Are companies trying to replace human judgment, or designing systems where AI amplifies it? via Visual Capitalist / Esquimoz @corixpartners @Transform_Sec @Corix_JC @ILoveBooks786 @COSTESLionelEr @ramonvidall @RLDI_Lamy @FrRonconi @timo_vi @Nicochan33 @NathaliaLeHen @TCyberCast @arigatou163 @VivMilanoFSL @bulbi59 @BulbiT3ch @sonu_monika @MathildaLoco @faryus88 @bbailey39 @BCAgroup @BindIdeas971 @FmFrancoise @TalentedLearn @kar_saswat @Ahmed43101178 @ztudium @quepasachico @TBytes_Cyber @sustainrach @iamtunslaw @Grzebalski86888 @kudachimera @EduFirst @DailyThailand2 @rameshambastha @DonaldGavis @rframingmotinn @ricardo_ik_ahau

There is also a leadership dimension, since transformation programs depend on how organizations manage change over time. When the core remains stable, teams can focus on improving outcomes instead of fixing structural issues.

I’ve seen ERP transformations lose momentum as the core gets reshaped by daily demands during S/4HANA migrations. The core matters. Pulling Invoice Lifecycle Management out of S/4HANA reduces complexity and keeps progress. More: bit.ly/47CZcK0 @Basware Partner #ad

⚡ AI is not automating customer service. It is shifting decision authority inside organizations. As a recent Gulf News analysis shows, AI is already embedded in banking, telecom, and travel workflows in the UAE. The shift is not visible at the interface. It is happening in how decisions are made, routed, and governed. 1️⃣ Authority Shift: Routine decisions are moving from human agents to AI systems. Decision rights are being reallocated without formal redesign. 2️⃣ Governance Gap: Many organizations deploy AI into workflows without clear accountability for how decisions are made, explained, or challenged. 3️⃣ Scaling Constraint: As AI expands into higher-stakes decisions, lack of explainability will constrain adoption and trigger regulatory and trust friction. The real challenge is not deploying AI faster. It is redesigning who holds decision authority when machines start making them. Where is decision accountability sitting in your organization today? via Gulf News gulfnews.com/business/ai-is… @corixpartners @Transform_Sec @Corix_JC @ILoveBooks786 @COSTESLionelEr @ramonvidall @RLDI_Lamy @FrRonconi @timo_vi @Nicochan33 @NathaliaLeHen @TCyberCast @arigatou163 @VivMilanoFSL @bulbi59 @BulbiT3ch @sonu_monika @MathildaLoco @faryus88 @bbailey39 @StrategyNDigita @BCAgroup @BindIdeas971 @FmFrancoise @TalentedLearn @BrianEMcGrath @kar_saswat @Ahmed43101178 @miguelgonzalezr @ztudium @quepasachico @TBytes_Cyber @sustainrach @simpaisush71 @iamtunslaw @Grzebalski86888 @kudachimera @EduFirst @DailyThailand2 @rameshambastha @DonaldGavis

⚡ AI adoption is not driven by capability. It is driven by human tension between hope and control. As Anthropic highlights, what people expect from AI and what they fear are diverging in parallel. This signals a governance problem, not a technology problem. 1️⃣ Authority Shift: People want AI for performance, growth, and time freedom. This pushes organizations to embed AI deeper into decision-making and workflow ownership. 2️⃣ Governance Gap: The top concern is not job loss. It is unreliability, autonomy, and loss of control. Trust becomes the limiting factor for scaling AI across functions. 3️⃣ Execution Risk: Organizations are accelerating AI deployment while governance, accountability, and oversight lag behind. This creates fragile operating models. This tension is already shaping adoption. AI is being integrated faster than organizations can define who is accountable when it fails. The real question is not whether people trust AI. It is whether your organization is designed to operate when that trust breaks. Where does accountability sit in your AI-driven workflows today? via Anthropic anthropic.com/research @corixpartners @Transform_Sec @Corix_JC @ILoveBooks786 @COSTESLionelEr @ramonvidall @RLDI_Lamy @FrRonconi @timo_vi @Nicochan33 @NathaliaLeHen @TCyberCast @arigatou163 @VivMilanoFSL @bulbi59 @BulbiT3ch @sonu_monika @MathildaLoco @faryus88 @bbailey39 @BCAgroup @BindIdeas971 @FmFrancoise @TalentedLearn @kar_saswat @Ahmed43101178 @ztudium @quepasachico @TBytes_Cyber @sustainrach @iamtunslaw @Grzebalski86888 @kudachimera @EduFirst @DailyThailand2 @rameshambastha @DonaldGavis @rframingmotinn @ricardo_ik_ahau

⚡ AI is not just eliminating entry-level jobs. It is eliminating the pipeline that builds your next generation of leaders. As Gartner's Future of Supply Chain 2026 shows, 55% of supply chain leaders expect agentic AI to reduce entry-level hiring needs. This is not a headcount story. It is a leadership formation story. 1️⃣ Talent Implication: Entry-level roles were where judgment was built. Remove the rung, you remove the formation process. 2️⃣ Structural Shift: 86% of leaders agree the talent pipeline needs entirely new processes. The old development model has no foundation left. 3️⃣ Hidden Assumption: Most leadership programs still assume a bottom rung exists. Most organizations do not have a credible answer for what replaces it. 4️⃣ Design Challenge: High performers are not cutting headcount. They are redesigning what junior contribution looks like in an AI-enabled organization. The ladder still exists. The bottom rung does not. What does entry-level contribution look like in your organization today? gartner.com/en/newsroom/pr… @corixpartners @Transform_Sec @Corix_JC @ILoveBooks786 @COSTESLionelEr @corixpartners @Transform_Sec @Corix_JC @ILoveBooks786 @COSTESLionelEr @ramonvidall @RLDI_Lamy @FrRonconi @timo_vi @Nicochan33 @NathaliaLeHen @TCyberCast @arigatou163 @VivMilanoFSL @bulbi59 @BulbiT3ch @sonu_monika @MathildaLoco @faryus88 @bbailey39 @BCAgroup @BindIdeas971 @FmFrancoise @TalentedLearn @kar_saswat @Ahmed43101178 @ztudium @quepasachico @TBytes_Cyber @sustainrach @iamtunslaw @Grzebalski86888 @kudachimera @EduFirst @DailyThailand2 @rameshambastha @DonaldGavis @rframingmotinn @ricardo_ik_ahau

This is a clear example of how reliability in critical infrastructure comes from the combination of solid architecture and practical expertise on the ground, where technology supports operations, but it is the quality of execution that ensures continuity over time. ⬇️⬇️⬇️
