@CaitlynC12 @away I ran into a similar issue, however I am able to see my confirmation number under my orders. Earlier today I stop at away luggage store and they said as long as I have the confirmation number they will honor the order.Either way I end up buying an extra one in store just in case

@notjustthepatty @petitejanelle it’s a bit tougher because you have to go through where you booked but generally the big OTAs are following the airline’s guidance on refund policy
