@Ocado how do I revert back to your old website? The new one with its huge flashing/rotating banners are terrible, distracting and are probably going to cause someone to have a seizure.

@Ocado this new app is like a hawkers street pitch. Lost count of the number of taps to get through the don’t miss offers. So much noise in the checkout flow I’ve not actually checked out and now you’re just delivering the classic delivery slot champagne! Waste of time, awful.

@British_Airways It’s on everything, phone, ipad, laptop. It’s just broken; the team responsible should really get it fixed. It’s an issue you’ve had for years and seems to be getting worse

@Gatwick_Airport Why’s your airport so broken? 3 lots of staff from different areas all telling my family of 5 the wrong information today and arguing between themselves. So much outsourced, so little control and poor communications. No wonder the airport is disliked so much.

@virginmedia Yes I’ve spoken with them, pretty pointless given their response was “new customers get more to get them in” - almost makes it sound like a trap. Leaves a sour taste in your mouth either way

@virginmedia a lesson in customer loyalty - perhaps charge your existing customers the same to upgrade to a package as new customers - @richardbranson what are people doing to your brand and hard work.
